"Check in was very busy on arrival but staff were efficient. Room was large but furniture quite tired and worn but bed was super comfy. Again bathroom tired and needing updated, shower curtain a no for me, prefer shower screen. Breakfast was always busy but staff would find you a table very quickly. Plenty of choice in both continental and cooked, although hot buffet was barely luke warm. Fresh omelettes made to order but be prepared for long wait as always busy. Hotel ideally situated with everything within walking distance"

"My initial reason for booking this hotel was the location. It is riverfront and even though the room was listed as city view, it had a great view of the Danube. From the moment we stepped through the front door we knew it was going to be a special stay. After being greeted at the front desk and providing our passports, we were shown to comfortable seats and offered a glass of sparkling wine. The hotel is very modern and was a nice change from the historic hotels we had been staying in and was a welcome change. We happened to be at the hotel on their one year anniversary and they left a sweet treat on all rooms so we could join the celebration. This was my favorite hotel of our trip (5 hotels) and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest."

"Wonderful staff, bath was very slippery so asked for bathmat, one immediately appeared. Breakfast started at 7 and lasted until 11, great for late sleepers. Near some wonderful restaurants also Quick walk to finnicula, which was being maintenanced, so walked up the hill to the castle and government buildings that were being restored from WWII."

"Excellent location and really a royal palace looking hotel.. must take the breakfast package as it’s outstanding and quality is top notch. They also packed breakfast for us on our departure date as it was before 7am.. rooms are big and very classy.. Budapest was our last city of our tour and what a way to end it with this amazing hotel and their staff !!! Coming back for sure"
