「Really good stay, staff are always really helpful, room clean and comfortable. Sometimes the wifi can drop but it's manageble with working. Rooms nearby were quiet noisy this time, I've stayed before and never heard anyone, all was quiet by midnight and a good nights sleep. Overall recommend, lovely location and great value, thank you team」

「I was a little apprehensive when I found out that there was no front desk staff, incase there was an issue. But the owners were very responsive via text, and were lovely! The property is very well maintained, and I absolutely loved all the small details that they obviously were meticulous about. Great spot!!」

「I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!」

「The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham. We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills. Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus. 「The Borough Hotel is a best choice to stay in Lancaster, whether on business or visiting the historic city of Lancaster out of interest. Centrally situated, the Georgian Hotel has a very good restaurant, although the breakfast included offer is not available for third party bookings, such as through Expedia. Still, the very good breakfasts on offer in the Restaurant are not very expensive. The staff are lovely and most helpful. Lancaster is a student city and the young people enhance the vibrant...

「The proprietor was very welcoming, the room was clean and tidy. There was also tea,coffee, biscuits and water available in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. They do not do breakfast but the proprietor recommended places where we could obtain an evening meal with a pint of real ale and also some breakfast the following morning. Would definitely stay there again. 」
