Friendly, helpful, available staff ready to help with any questions. The breakfast had many options with plenty to eat with plenty of room to sit. There was a shower curtain to keep water in the tub. Plenty of hot water. The AC would only cool the room down to 20 C, which was a little warm with the heavy blanket. I would stay here again.
