Nice staff. Overall a very nice hotel. The breakfast is ok (eggs loose as I like them) lacks lactose-free options. Nice with pool and sauna (missing a small gym) There is potential for improvement: The rooms are starting to get worn, for example in the Suite, bent hoses in the shower/bathtub feel unfresh, toilet seat unfresh.

Virkelig lækkert hotel! Hyggelige sofa områder til en drink eller kop kaffe. Lækker morgenbuffet, hvor der var alt og mere til! Dejligt skønt værelse med skøn terrasse ud til skov og græsplæne og stole/bord på terrassen!, kaffe/the faciliteter på værelset og sofa arrangement! Fantastisk seng og skønt badeværelse! Lækker swimmingpool og sauna!

Enkel overnatning

Hyggeligt ophold, lækker morgen buffet. Dejlig pool område. Eneste minus er at sengen var ringe. Den var så "sat" at man skrånede ud til kanten af sengen. Det trak ned på komfort. Men ellers er alt andet pænt og i orden.

Et slidt hotel, men ok. Sengen var ekstremt blød. Receptionen om eftermiddag/aften var bemandet med en person som ikke virkede til at vide hvad der kunne lade sig gøre. Eks. ekstra håndklæder. Det blev afvist på trods af at det fremgår af hjemmeside og skilte. Der var opsat poolbord som kostede 10 kr. pr. Spil, men receptionen opkrævede 5 kr. for at hæve kontanter. Det vil sige 50% ekstra. Og samtidigt havde de nærmest ingen tiere. Underligt.

Godt hotel

Ok hotel der dog virker lidt træt men dog absolut pænt og rent. Lidt kludder ved tjek in… tror receptionisten var lidt træt :-) og sådan kan det jo være ind imellem.. det var dog også det samme ved tjek ud. Bortset fra det var det samlet set et godt ophold og et fantastisk område på mountainbike.

Ved tjek ind og ud blev vi serviceret af en meget sur og uvenlig ung receptionist, der ikke ejede nogen form for kundetjekke. Men vil vil dog gerne rose morgen buffeten, der manglede ikke noget og alt var ok, og venlige servicerings personale.

Glade for vores overnatning hos jer. Vi spurgte dog i receptionen omkring omklædning ved poolen, og fik svaret at der var fin mulighed for at klæde om dernede. Det vi ikke enige i. Når du står med børn, der er ingen mulighed for at lægge sit tøj uden det bliver vådt i de små bade. Det havde været nemmere at der klædtes om på værelset og man så gik ned og kunne skylle sig inden man gik i poolen. Vi blev ikke oplyst om man selv skulle tage håndklæde med eller om det var nede ved poolen. Ret ringe på det område.. Værelserne var i sin helhed fine men virker noget mørke.

Ikke rent sengetøj, sæbe dispensere var taped op for at holde sammen på det, meget larm fra gangarealet, døre meget lydsvage, ekstrem meget smæk larm da alle døre har smæklåse. Meget ringe afrydning ved morgenbord og ringe opfyldning.
