"Clean room, friendly staff, plentiful breakfast "

"We got a 2 bedroom suite -Wow how disappointing Water park rides kept getting shut down. Room cleanliness is terrible. Dust everywhere… Literally everywhere!! Lingering smell of urine, heat does not work in all rooms, MANY outlets don’t work. This was such a disappointing experience. Staff is friendly and tried but it was Easter weekend. We understood that they were fully booked. "

"We did not have the best stay here. Partly it was a matter of timing because there was a diesel truck rally at the dirt track close to the hotel. The noise went on until after 10 pm ftom the track. And a lot of the participants were staying at this hotel and they were out in the parking lot talking very loudly and racing their engines for hours. The front desk couldn’t do anything to get them to settle down so we didn’t get to sleep until early in the morning. Be sure to check the schedule for the raceway at the Orange County Fairgrounds before you plan to stay. However there are other reasons we would not stay here again. First, the “breakfast” was inedible. The omelet tasted like cold powdered eggs with American cheese. The sausage was tasteless and greasy. The pancakes made while you watched were tough and tasted like sawdust. The coffee was okay though. We wound up stopping at McDonalds. Also the dispensers in the shower were empty so no shampoo or body wash either. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the linens very soft. Just not enough to make up for no sleep and bad food. "

"roadway to get into the hotel was absolutely horrible"

"The breakfast was amazing and staff friendly. However this hotel is under construction and paint fumes in the halls. Thankfully not in the room. The dust from the construction was in the rooms. Vacuuming the carpet would’ve been a good idea. After construction I’m sure this hotel would merit 5 stars."

"very eventful night, the fire alarm went off at 1230 in the morning. We had to go downstairs for over a half hour till it was turned off. My phone didn't work to call the front desk to see what the siren was for. Then at around 830 an alarm went off again. Turned off in 10 minutes. Very alarming, not conducive to a good night's sleep. The bed was not very comfortable either."

"The design of the room made it impossible to watch TV and control it from bed. Very odd. "
