"The property is aged, but they have done well to keep it up. Breakfast completely exceeded expectations and Laura was a great and gracious host every morning. Housekeeping was great and did wonders cleaning up after our kids despite us trying to do it ourselves. Between free parking and the breakfast, this place is a diamond in the rough. Easy access to Universal and the staff is all so kind."

"2.5/5 the room was big but the sleep quality sucked, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and it was loud above us and there was construction. The sofa bed was horrible so us 3 had to sleep in one bed. Don't add this in the review but it sucked so bad because there was 3 people on one bed. I kept sleep kicking and elbowing them both and it also woke me up when I did it. I woke up like 10 times from so much stuff"

"Good for the bare minimum place to sleep. I felt safe enough traveling alone I like that they had a security guard on staff in the lobby. Older place but updated enough to feel clean and modern enough to say when all really need to do there is sleep. Friendly nice staff made me feel comfortable. "

"you are sleeping in a pod, read the fine print. Feels very unsecure. you'll be lucky to find your room, it's the equivalent to an Escape house. I had to walk around the back and wander around a room under construction to figure out where's my room. This place is a fire hazard for sure!!"
