窓がないです。

スタッフの応対もよく、部屋も清潔で快適でしたが、部屋に窓がないので、朝なのか夜なのか、時計だけが頼りです。 １泊程度なら気にならないとおもいますが、わたしは４泊したのでちょっと息苦しかったです。

日本の脱臭剤をオススメしたい。

ベトナムの建築法的な問題で仕方ないのだろうけど、部屋には窓がなく息苦しい印象を受けた。設備も古く換気が悪いせいか嫌な臭いも。サービスは過もなく不過もなく。雨風凌げればって考えなら問題ないかも

Godt til prisen

Til prisen er dette hotel meget fint. Det har god beliggenhed, og gå afstand til den gamle by. Værelsernes var fine og flot indrettet, men ikke luksus, hvilket man heller ikke kan regne med, til den billige pris. Værelserne var rene, og der var hvad vi havde brug for, plus lidt ekstra. Kan anbefale dette hotel til en som gerne vi bo rimeligt centreret, på et ganske fint hotel, men ikke behøver noget luksus.

Not what you expect after reading the good reviews

Spent a night there, but the room was dirty. Bed sheets hadn't been changed, just made, had black hairs on my pillow. Bathroom accessoires were not filled up, just like somebody had just left, no large towels. Staircase looked run down, staff was okay. So good on you all who seemed to have enjoyed the stay there according to the many fantastic reviews especially on TA, but we didn't really. Will take another hotel next time in Hanoi.

オーバーブッキングしていたらしくここには泊まれませんでした。 なので宿の評価は出来ないのですが、何の断りもなく、別館に移動するから…みたいなかんじで他の宿に連れていかれました。多少ランクがおちるのでは?というところでした。男性客 にも、女性客と同じように愛想よくするといいんじゃないでしょうか。

Nice hotel for money, pretty good location

This hotel is in a quiet part of the old quarter about 15 minutes walk to the lake. The rooms are good size for wok quarter hotel. Would recommend a room with window. Nice cooked breakfast with a view of hanoi.

今回仕事で6泊しました。全てがNG 1)まず部屋に入ったら、バスタオルなし、持ってくるのに30分ぐらいかかった 2)ベッットサイドのライトのプラグがゆるゆるでコンセントに固定できない。修理か交換を再三要求したが、6日間交換なし 3)3日目ごろ水出ず、朝シャワ－も出来ず。朝5時ごろきずいてフロントまで行って水でないこと伝えたが、8時になっても修理　　できず 4)お客が少ないとのことで、朝の食事は食べるものほとんどなく、毎回フォ-、コ－ヒ－程度（ホテルいわく、お客がすくないの　　で仕方ないとのこと。あきれました。） 5)連れがランドリ-を一回頼んだが、請求時２回したようになっていた。部屋の冷蔵庫も飲んでいないのに請求された（当然拒否）、請求書の名前が違うので修正するように言うとスタッフが逆切れし、紙を我々の前で投げつけた。

Vi ankom til Time Hotel hvor vi havde bestilt et Premium værelse med spa. Vi fik tildelt det billigste værelse og klagede over dette, da vi ville have det bestilte værelse med spa. Vi blev flyttet til nyt værelse med spa, der ikke virkede lige så vel som computeren ikke gjorde. Morgen buffeten levede heller ikke op til vores forvetninger, idet de montre man ser på billederne, der skulle indeholde mad, var tomme så det var et meget begrænset udvalg. Da vi tjekkede ud prøvede de at få os til at betale for værelset én gang til plus ekstra gebyr for flytning til værelse vi allerede have betalt for og kvittering på. Alt i alt ikke et sted vi vil anbefale.

안좋았습니다.

잠만 자고 떠날 곳이라 생각하고 선택한 곳이었는데...잠도 자기 힘든곳이었습니다. 에어컨 덕트 돌아가는 소리에 창문을 열어보니 방 앞에 덕트만 3개가 놓여 있고 우리방이 아닌 다른방에서 사용하는 덕트까지 심하게 돌아가 잠을 이루기 힘들었습니다. 또한 객실 내 청소 상태 또한 좋지 못했습니다. 침대 밑 바닥엔 이해하기 힘들 정도의 먼지와 쓰래기들이 있었습니다. 아침 조식은 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 직원들의 친절함과 직원들의 서비스 정신은 좋았으나 객실 상태는 좋지 못했습니다.

Great location, friendly staff at a great price

Checked into the Time Hotel in Hanoi and was warmly greeted (felt quite genuine) by all three members of the staff in the lobby area. They regularly asked if there was anything that I needed and inquired as to the condition of an injury I had sustained in Tokyo a few weeks earlier. When I inquired about directions to a certain market I wanted to revisit one evening, a staff member insisted on walking me there rather than risk my getting lost. Far from an impossibility given the bustling area a similarity of much of the area. Regarding the location, it is smack in the center of the Old French Quarter of the town, which makes for easy strolls to numerous markets and sights. Most things are within a fifteen minute walk. Regarding the Northern portion of Vietnam in general - DO NOT MISS HA LONG BAY. It is probably best done as a two day trip. Four hour bus ride from Hanoi. stay overnight and go on the boat trip the next day. The hotels can generally arrange for you to be picked up by a bus directly at the hotel which transports you to the Bay and then picks you up and drives you back to Hanoi that day.

２週間のベトナム旅行で拠点としてこのホテルを選びました。結果とても満足して正解でした。旅行期間中３度利用しましたがほかのどのホテルよりとても親切に対応してもらいました。朝食はバイキング形式ですが冗談でフォーを頼んだところ無料で作ってくれました。とてもフレンドリーで楽しく食事をする事が出来ました。部屋もシャワーとバスタブと洗面の付いた部屋６畳ぐらいの部屋になっていてくつろげるスペースです。窓は有りますがすぐ1ｍ先は隣のビルです。１番安い部屋でしたが十分でした。

A small boutique hotel away from the city centre.

The staff were very helpful and did everything possible to make us feel welcome and to enjoy our stay. They assisted us with crossing the street, booking taxis that were either metered or determined the fixed price beforehand, booking a tour and minding our luggage whilst away. Any glitches with the airconditioning - or after a severe storm, a leaking window - were attended to immediately and they could not have been more obliging. The breakfast selection was great & the view from the top floor venue gave a good panorama of the surrounds. The staff in attendance were just wonderful! The hotel is located away from the centre of Hanoi, but close enough to provide a variety of interesting walks past innumerable shops and a variety of markets in order to get to the centre.

My booking and their record differ in the room type. They resolved by upgrading our rm to VIP or suite, which we chose the latter which we find it more cozy. Need to climb a flight of stairs to our room. Location is slightly off the noisy street, which is good. It is near to attractions and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is normal.

Good value

Good value hotel just out of the Old Quarter section. Being just outside makes it far quieter and more comfortable all around. Breakfast is pretty ordinary but is included in the tariff. All up it is a great place to stay.

Otroligt trevlig personal

Jag blev uppgraderad från ett superior rum till ett deluxe rum vid ankomst. Det var modernt och fint inrett, med utsikt över en tempelgård och rummet var välutrustat med dator och stor platt-tv med flera engelskspråkiga filmkanaler. Wifi:t var bra och relativt snabbt men öppet. Jag tycker att det var tyst om nätterna, men visa dagar börjar munkarna i templet att sjunga vid 7-tiden på morgonen. Städerskorna städade noggrant var dag, men det var kalkavlagringar på duschkabinen, vilket aldrig städades bort under min vistelse. Frukosten är inte lyxig, men de håller rent och använder fräscha råvaror. De serverar främst vietnamesiska/asiatiska frukosträtter som pho och vietnamesisk gröt, men även stekt korv och bacon, rostat bröd, omelett och stekt ägg. Personalen i receptionen är otroligt duktiga på engelska och extremt, extremt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Fantastiska människor! Riktigt serviceinriktade och genuint trevliga. Frukostpersonalen och städpersonalen är också otroligt trevliga, om än lite sämre på engelska. Hotellet är beläget strax norr om Old Quarter, men om man går på söderut på hotellets gata så når man Hoan Kiem Lake på 20 min, och går på vägen förbi Doun market och nattmarknaden. West Lake är också bara ca 15 min promenad bort. Trots detta är det lugnt nattetid på gatan utanför. Med tanke på prisnivån, fräschheten och den otroligt duktiga personalen så tycker jag att det här hotellet är en riktig pärla och jag rekommenderar det varmt!
