A lovely stay

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice and comfortable and our balcony had a view to the lake. There is a chilling area upstairs with amazing view and a rooftop area to have a drink with amazing view too. We were able to do our laundry and dry our clothes easily. Also, Lan (the person at the reception) was very friendly and helpful. She gave us information about any questions we had and helped us booking our bus to Ha Giang!! Highly recommended!!!!

最低なホテル

ホテルスタッフの態度や対応は最低でした。 ホテルの入り口はオートロックの扉のバッテリーが切れており、中に入ることができませんでした。 購入したアイスなどは溶けて食べれる状態になく、ホテルスタッフは弁償すると言ったのに、結局弁償はありませんでした。 それどころか直接の謝罪もなく、私のメッセージにも既読しているのに無視しました。 部屋のシーツも汚く、部屋の中には何匹も蚊がいました。 浴室は錆びており、お湯は微温湯で温かくはありませんでした。 そもそも、英語が話せるスタッフがいないことも問題。 とにかくここのホテルは安いだけが売りで、態度も清潔感もシステムも最悪です。

The place is next to the lake- great location, convenient to come many point of travel place, few steps to The West Lake. Amazing view from Rooftop and bar, lovely design . I love this place, will come back and highly recommend to everyone!

Check the hostel hosts guests or not.

I booked 20 mins ago befor check-in time and got an confirmation. That is why I go there but the door was locked and the staff came after I called.( If I didn't call her, she didn't know we were there) People live the room that I booked and didn't clean it. They do not host guests anymore I think. They asked after cleaning the room, we could stay there but I and my parents decided not to stay there.
