Enjoyed San Grand Hotel so much first time we returned for second stay. Managers and staff are wonderful and welcoming people(Especially Susan at rooftop restaurant and Kylie. Great job guys!). Very nice hotel to stay and go around

The perfect location near Hoankiem Lake, a very beautiful view at the restaurant and the roof top, esp. kind and friendly service at the front desk, bellboy and restaurant. And I want to thank to a general manager Susan and the front desk.

Great central location

What a wonderful hotel in a great location. The check in was very detailed and covered everything we needed to know. Room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower pressure. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff bend over backwards to be helpful. Located close walking distance to the lake, beer lane and multiple restaurants. All in all great place to stay.

This property screamed old world elegance and charm. The décor was very old Hollywood glamor. It had a classy mess about it. It just made you feel rich. The people were warm. The rooftop bar provided a ridiculously beautiful view, and the beds were super comfortable.
