The location is excellent. Everything you want to see in the Old and French Quarters are walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but you can hear street noises. Our room had a kettle, fridge, a closet with hangers and a safe. Breakfast was included and provided from a restaurant a few doors down. Large buffet of fresh and cooked items, eggs to order.

ホテルに到着すると近くのホテルに泊まれと言われました。何故かと聞くと部屋が埋まっているとの回答でした。2泊する予定でしたので、明日部屋が空くからその時に移動してと言われました。私は部屋の移動をしたくなかったので、案内されたホテルに2泊出来ないか問うと渋々OKとのこと。案内されたホテルはダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台の部屋で私は1人で泊まる予定だったので余分に感じました。部屋に入ると同時にゴキブリを見たので不快でした。布団はシーツくらいの薄い布だけでしたのでよく寝れなかったです。 翌日起きると部屋を移動しろとのこと。前日にOKと言ったのに矛盾しておりまた不快でした。 部屋の広さだけ以外は良いところがなくもう泊まりたいと思いません。

싀발. 읠찍 쳌크읜 된당 해서 갔더니 인셉션 쉐이가 지한텡 돈을 더 달라 하네요. 정상적으로 한다니까 태도 조낸 바뀝니다. 냉장고 안에 음료 몇가지 있는데 물도 유료입니다. 2만동씩 달라네요. 호텔스닷컴에는 무료제공이라 나와 있더니... 방 자체는 가격뒈 뒈비 청겷한편입니다. 생각보당 작아서 ㅇ오래된 에어컨이 제성능을 발휘하지 몬해도 굼방 션해집니다. 침대도 아담해서 커플이라면 돈독해지겄숩니다그려.. 위치도 걸어서 5분이면 호안ㄲ엠 호수 도착합니다. 직원 그지같지만 상관없이 가격대비 조용희 쉬다 가실분들 추천합니다.

This little hotel is a gem!

What a great hotel in a perfect location! The front desk addressed me by 1st name my entire 4 night stay and helped me book an incredible day trip to Halong Bay for only $43 which included a buffet lunch. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Hanoi. It's walking distance from just about everything.
