Small but clean twin room. Located in a sweet spot of the old town, close tonthe lake, and off a smaller street so minimal street noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Alas, we arrived just as the coronavirus was leading to showdowns so we had to leave s day early to get out if the country. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk was very helpful, location right in the heart of the city with everything in close walking distance. Breakfast was very tasty but the hotel staff forgot some of our order a couple times. Unfortunately our first room had bed bugs, once I brought it to the attention of the hotel staff they changed my room and refunded my first nights stay.

ハノイの街を安全に満喫できるホテル

とても清潔で過ごしやすいホテルだった。新しい建物ではないが、清掃が行き届いている。朝食も美味しく、卵料理や麺料理をオーダーできる。スタッフ全員が真摯で、困ったら気軽に相談できる。界隈のことを何でも知っているので、下手なツーリストビューローに行くよりも、スタッフに聞くのが一番。送迎車の手配やマッサージ店の予約、信頼できる店舗（わたしは安心して食べられる乾物屋さんを聞いた）など、お世話になった。 　さらにロケーションの良さは最高で、ガイドブック掲載の有名店（ブンチャー・ダック・キム、トランクィル・コーヒー etc...) が徒歩1分圏内、観光名所も近い。 　職人街と食料品街の交差地域なので、人びとが穏やかで、真夜中でも安心して歩ける。（地元の人びとの生活圏なので、悪意ある人が少ないように見える。） 　部屋にはスナック、ドリンクが置かれているが、有料・無料の線引がわかりにくいので、いちばんはじめにフロントに聞くと良い。

매니저, 스태프 분들이 엄청나게 친절하셨습니다 주변 시설이나 식당, 관광지 등에 대해서도 자세히 설명 해 주셨고 여행 시에 사용하면 좋을 어플 등 유용한 정보를 많이 알려주셔서 좋았습니다. 근처에 식당과 카페 등 늦게까지도 운영하는 곳이 많아서 위치도 괜찮고 방도 아주 깔끔해요 조식은 스크램블 에그가 맛있고 1kg 당 3달러에 런드리 서비스를 제공 해 주는데 세탁부터 건조까지 완벽하게 되어서 옵니다 아쉬운 점은 방음이 조금 좋지 않은데 숙소에 느낀 만족도가 워낙 커서 그다지 거슬리진 않았어요. 만약 하노이 숙소를 문의하는 지인이 있다면 이곳을 추천해주고 싶네요

Tracy the receptionist is wonderful, and accommodated every question, booking, grab a bike, and was amicable to change. Jack the manager is full of information. The staff are a gem and very very good at helping their guests. Breakfast was good, the area is the best in town. In the heart of the old quarters and yet in a little alley, so quiet and super central. In the morning, the locals sell their meat and fruit and veg literally 30 seconds away. Fabulous!!!! The room is spacious, the water pressure excellent and hot water, too. Toilets flush very well, too. Super happy here.

Great hotel. Great location had everything I needed right on the doorstep! The room was perfect staff were amazing would deffo stay here again in a heartbeat! One of the best places I’ve stayed in by far so far in Vietnam

철길마을이나 호안끼엠 도보 이동 시 아주 편리했으며 주변에 편의점이 많아 좋았습니다. 호텔 정문 앞이 시장인데 시끄럽진 않았으며 이정도면 방음도 괜찮았습니다. 청결 상태 좋았으며 조식을 조금 서두른다면 아주 맛있는 쌀국수를 먹을 수 있습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 친절했으며 돌아올때 샤워를 하고 공항으로 개운하게 이동했습니다. 호텔 예약 시 픽업드랍 서비스 이용했는데 편하게 잘 왔습니다. 전체적으로 만족하며 평소 여행에 호텔이 중요하다면 롯데호텔쪽이 좋을거 같고 먹을것과 주변 볼거리가 중요하다며 이 호텔 추천합니다.

The staff was incredible! They were very kind and accommodating and really sought to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. The hotel is located in a very busy area of the city, but is tucked away so you don't hear the city noise.

일단 직원들이 너무너무 친절해서 너무 좋았어요! 계획없이 갔었는데, 하룽베이 당일 투어도 저렴한 가격으로 다녀올 수 있도록 예약해주시고 일단 호텔 앞 식당에서 밥먹으면 호텔할인 12%로 해주는데 치킨으로 된 음식이 (우린 치킨 탕수육이라부름) 너무 맛있었어욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ처음에 저 음식이랑 소고기 뭐 시켰는데 소고기 먹고 이비바 ㅣ 려어서 치키인도 벼얼루 였는데 치키닌 하루우우우 지나가아니까 생가가가ㅏㅏ악 나더라구요오오어 그리고 마사지도 예약 해주는데 그 마사지 샘 호텔이 예약해주면 10% 할인되고 마사지 끝난 후에 주는 요거트도 너무 맛있어요 라호텔 덕분에 좋은 가게들도 알게되고 너무 젛아요!

직원들 서비스 완전 좋고, 조식도 메뉴판 보고 주문하면 만들어주니까 띠뜻하게 먹을 수 있어서 너무너무 좋았어요!!!!!!!! 특히 마사지 예약, 바로 앞 식당은 호텔 이름 얘기하면 할인이 계속 되더라구여! 마사지, 식당 직원들이 '호텔!' 이러면서 먼저 깍아준다고 하더라구여 ㅠㅠ 너뮤 좋았음! 야악간의 이불, 바아앙에서 습하ㅏㅏ암이 없지 않아 잇지만 더우우운 나라여서 가아아아만 하고 가야하알듯 싶음요! 따뜻한 물도 계속 나오고ㅠㅠ 더운 나라라고 더운물 나오는게 좋은 줄 몰랐음(지금 다낭인데 찬물나오는중ㄷ이라 하노이 여기 호텔 너무 그립...ㅠㅠ본인은 뜨거운물에 샤워하는 스타일이라 더 그리리움..) 처어어어어음에는 '여기 바아아앙도 사지짖인에서 크게ㅔ보여ㅕㅆ는데 사진보오오오다 자아악서 실ㅇ이이일망 해ㅐ에에엤지마안 다르은 호오오오오어어ㅓㅗ테ㅔㅔㅔ엘 와보오오니 여기기기이 조흔 고옷 이라고오오오오 느껴징이이이이이이이임

Nice hotel

Good location. There are many restaurants and shops. It's located near the attraction places. It was a little difficult to find a hotel. Hotel provided us some useful information at first. Breakfast was very nice.

The staff at La Storia Ruby were fantastic. So welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet, car-free lane right at the heart of the city; perfect for exploring Hanoi. Lovely big room, well-appointed and presented. Breakfast was excellent - the best chicken noodle soup I had in a three week trip around Vietnam! From here we moved on to a supposedly superior hotel, booked as part of our tour, but La Storia was by far our preferred choice. I fully recommend La Storia Ruby.

The Hotel is in the heart of the better part of the Old Quarter. The service and friendliness of the staff is exemplary. If you’ve never been to Hanoi before you couldn’t make a better choice and if you have it’s like returning to meet old friends. At the price it’s the best that’s on offer with the staff the real stars of the show. Highly recommend and then some.

Kind and helpful staff. Great location in the old quarter but not noisy and crazy. Good breakfast with diverse options including western style eats. Highly recommend this hotel.
