Perfect in every way! My new favorite hotel.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel. There aren’t enough superlatives to give it the review it deserves. In terms of style, comfort, service and location it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in my long life of travels in SE Asia. Our balcony overlooked the lake and we are right in the near part of the old quarter. Mr David gave us wonderful professional service from meting us at the curb to getting our luggage to the room. Even breakfast was top notch. My only reservation was not wanting to do this review and see this place overrun with tourists. Don’t be put off by the Circle K entrance - it is convenient and makes this like a real hidden gem. Outstanding.

We stayed in Hanoi when we arrived to Vietnam and again before we left. We stayed here when we left, the room is amazing and the location is perfect. The staff was also first rate this is a hotel I couldn't recommend enough.

スタッフがとても親切に対応して下さり。 お部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 絶景を見ながらの美味しい朝ごはんも感激でした♪ 夜はルーフトップに上がって夜景を見ながら お酒をのみました。 本当に最高な旅になりました。 重い荷物もスタッフの方が持って下さったので階段も苦になりませんでした。
