Good Hotel with good scenery of West Lake. The road to sunset bar is very good for a walk. The room is large enough but the bed is a little bit small

This hotel is a bit old as you can see from the interiors. Also I asked for a 13:00 late check out due to my flight and was turned down very quickly by the manager.

酒店服務態度非常好！訂房時沒有兩張單人床可選，入住時詢問可否給雙床房，服務員讓我們兩種房型都先參觀了再做決定住哪間！去餐廳用餐時，服務很到位！酒店整體設計很好，房間舒適，露台景觀優美，好吃好住～讓人不想往外走：）

Hotel with convenient facilities and great view!
Nice lounge bar with great sunset and lake views, 24-hour access of gym, which is very convenient for the customers with the habit of workout after returning to hotel late. the buffet breakfast is awesome. Offering various cuisine styles such as Vietnamese, Western, Japanese, and Korean styles of breakfast, and the attendants are warm and friendly. My friends and I stay in the superior room for 1 night. Honestly speaking, the accommodation of the room is a little bit simple. Still leaving a good impression on us because of merits mentioned above.

I actually liked the location, size of the room and the hotel car pick up from the airport. The driver was nice and patient to wait for me even my flight was delayed over 1.5 hours. I love their Italian food, especially lobster soup and seafood risotto. Staffs are warm n helpful, they did help me to recharge my cell phone battery as I forgot to bring my cable. However, the experience not pick the lake side room is not good!! Quite noisy in the morning

Pretty nice stay
Overall it is a good stay, nice service. Jumped onto a taxi overcharged me and the bell boy there helped me to negotiated a reasonable price. Front desk are super helpful as well. Room is good, but the king bed is actually a combination of two single bed which is not very nice. and a common problem about intercon, the shaver is very very user-unfriendly, which hurt me a lot. Breakfast is good, got a wide variety of choices.

Nice view, peaceful surroundings
Beautiful hotel, nice and friendly staffs, peaceful and quiet surrounding but location is a minus. No where near shops or restaurant. Need to travel by taxi for 20mins or more depending on traffic conditions if you want to visit old town or do shopping or find a restaurant . Quite inconvenient !

Staff are helpful but quite some mosquitos
There were a lot of mosquitoes in the first room. We asked for a change and the hotel staff immediately arranged a new room for us. The new room is ok, no mosquitoes.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs
I read the comments on internet beforehand about this hotel that the pool is small. That is true. The hotel is a bit far away from the tourist spots so you have to hire a taxi but it has a nice view of the Westlake.

來越南玩的朋友~推薦可以來這住個幾晚~2017年線在有86號公車~可以抵達此飯店外約5分鐘的路程~裡面的自助早餐~真的是很多很豐富~而工作人員~也有會講中文的喔~總之推薦啦

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake in late January. The panoramic view onto the lake is breathtaking and it is very peaceful sitting out in the balcony watching the sunset go down in the evening. The staff are very courteous and helpful and offered us welcome drinks with an early check in. The service at this hotel is excellent.
