Great taxi man!

We really enjoyed our time at Hillary hanoi. The AC worked perfectly and the local taxi driver was exceptional. He helped us get around and was always happy to answer any questions we had :)

Hillary Hanoi Hotel experience

Stay between 24-26/10/2023 for two nights, clean, spacious and quiet executive room with low price. Upon check out, I carelessly leave ten million Vietnamese Dong in the bed, I called back the receptionist and it was soon recovered by the most honourable and trustworthy staff I ever met. My strong recommendation to ALL travellers and best regards to the hotel staff.

Room not clean and cockroach are everywhere in the room. Even toilet....Pool was out of service. And no tanning beds or even space to lay down .! Bed comfortable tho.!

フロントスタッフの対応はとても良かった。 しかし、部屋の汚さが目立った。 前に宿泊してた人が置いていったであろうヨーグルトやパンが床に置きっぱなしだった。 また、ベットサイドテーブルにも髪の毛などが落ちていて不潔と感じた。 水回りの水垢もこびりついていて、気持ち良い滞在とは言えなかった。
