這次旅行住了以下三間飯店 每間都值得好評都可住 實際訂房這三家價位落在2200-2500間(三人房) 三家共通點是都位於市區、房間都很大、衛浴設備舒適、都有迎賓茶、員工都熱情專業會推薦景點 以下僅針對一些小差異簡單分享 Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa 早餐菜色普通，可果蠅不少，但房間較有飯店高級感、氣派 房間及衛浴空間都算大且舒適。 Grande Collection Hotel & Spa 飯店表示他們約2019/10開幕，很新，早餐是三間中我最喜歡的，菜色多樣新鮮好吃，但他房間空間是三間中最小的，且我住的三人房衛浴有我在河內很多地方都聞過的下水道廁味，關上廁門並抽風後會好些。 另飯店有提供spa，住客可打85折，比較窩心的是晚上11點半還願意協助聯絡腳底按摩師(大部分的spa服務都在21-22點間就結束)，折扣後算河內腳底按摩中的中間價位，但品質不錯，我個人覺得值得(此部分我是跟有名不收小費的Omamori Spa相比，Grande折扣後價位比Omamori高一點而已，但感受及服務品質好很多)。 Imperial Hotel & Spa 這間早餐是三間中的中等，口味與樣式算中庸好吃， 三人房及附設衛浴空間是此三間飯店中最大的，最重點是他的床有魔力！很舒服很好睡。飯店有提供住客7折的按摩服務，但這次沒機會使用，不然折後價位挺划算。 題外特別感謝此飯店，同行友人粗心將背包(內有護照)忘在廁所， 在我們已抵機場情況下，飯店人員非常盡力協助我們連繫司機遞送護照，並收取合理的價格，實在非常感謝2020/1/16當天協助我們的imperial飯店人員及合作司機。 在各家飯店設備條件都差不多的競爭情況下， 飯店的公關及危機處理能力絕對是我再訪及推薦的很大原因。 總結三家推薦項目 空間大：Imperial Hotel & Spa、Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa 早餐優：Grande Collection Hotel & Spa 服務突出：Imperial Hotel & Spa、Grande Collection Hotel & Spa

飯店服務人員真的很親切且耐心解說，房內空間相較其它這種老街裡的老屋飯店要寬闊許多，床超好睡的，住兩夜睡得很好～早餐該有的都有，雖選擇不多但仍有一定水準，重點還送一個晚餐折價券到旁邊另一家同集團的酒店用餐，真的好吃！大推(JM)

The best hotel I have ever stay
Marvellous hotel & spa is the best Hotel I have ever stay, for the location is so great you can go anywhere very convenience for the room is very comfortable, clean and cozy～For the breakfast, you can try different flavor of Pho and lot of delicious local food in their restaurant. Finally, the most important part is the service～I really appreciate the handsome and beautiful staff Tom, Fiona and my, they treat us like family and tell us a lot of useful informants. 值得再去的一個住宿經驗。
這是一個很好的住宿經驗，飯店位置很好，離幾個主要地方都是步行可以抵達的範圍。 可以感覺接待人員希望營造一個友善的住宿經驗。 幾個小動作感覺到飯店的用心，迎賓飲料及點心，房間迎賓水果，床前小點心，貼心專屬提示卡片，退房小禮物......。 接待人員會主動打招呼，上午見面會詢問你用餐了沒，聊今天的安排。 晚上回到飯店，會記得你當天的行程，並聊是否得到滿意。反正就是會像個朋友一樣的關心。 這次訂的房間是標準房，房間不大，但精緻美一個使用也足夠用了，且設備安排都相當得宜。另外看配置有大的房間，但沒有機會進去參觀，但感覺面積應該不小。 唯一比較不方便的，早餐擺出來的樣式比較少，而部分現做需要跟服務人員點。雖然工作人員會主動告知詢問，但對於英語不是我很好的而言，還是有些不方便。 整體而言，這是一個值得再度造訪的地方。

完美的旅程
由於第一天班機延遲到達飯店已半夜一點，但未吃晚餐的我們有點餓想到便利商店買點食物吃，服務人員便熱心的陪伴我們至便利商店還等待我們買完東西再帶我們走回飯店，非常感激這間飯店無微不至的照顧及貼心。若有機會再到河內旅遊絕對會再選擇Marvellous Spa Hotel!

位置很好，就在古城內，能走路到還劍湖，附近很熱鬧。 房間大小剛好，很整潔。床好舒服。很安靜，我們都睡得後好。 最值得讚賞是服務，前台服務員能記著我們的名字，出入都有點頭微笑。check in 時送上乾果及welcome drink, 亦仔細講解河內旅遊景點及注意事項。他們總是能記著客人的需要，服務實在是5星級。他們可以為客人安排私家車輛或的士到機場，亦給我們和的士司機溝通好，讓我們非常安心。

難忘的旅程，令人回味再三
行前酒店來信告知升等至該品牌新成立在附近的另一間，很忐忑一度疑惑是用次品牌打發我，但三天兩夜的住宿外加因為旅程的小意外，讓櫃檯的Anna服務了4天，除了細心接待外，對於本人在外的突然狀況也都第一手掌握並第一時間聯絡上我，並作了完善的安排，讓我卸下心中大石，由衷的感謝Anna及她的同仁對這趟旅程的照護，更感謝door boy的小哥在雨中載著我穿梭小巷解決問題，這次的住宿是我此生以來最難忘，若有機會再訪河內，此家酒店是第一選擇!!

It is a good and conv hotel in the centre of old town of Hanoi. The nearby famous places can be reached by walking. People there are so nice and helpful ! This is my first time to Hanoi with my family. This hotel give us a great experience of Vietnam. Staffs are friendly, helpful and always wear a warm smile. Everything is perfect except the breakfast time is too short to close at 09:30 am. I will stay at this hotel again for next visit.

物超所值的飯店
飯店物超所值外，飯店人員也相當貼心，視所有入住的旅客為家人一樣對待，總是站在入住的旅客立場著想，提供舒適的入住環境與氛圍，也盡可能提供旅客鄰近地點吃、喝等等的旅遊建議。對於初來乍到的旅客而言，不用擔心對於河內市區不熟悉，也不用擔心行程的規劃。 特別的是，入住時也會導覽房間，及早餐時刻亦會詢問旅客入住是否有需要改善之處，會盡快改善，只為了提供給入住的旅客有個舒適的休息，這點讓我與一同出遊的朋友印象相當深刻。

New hotel - overall good experience
The hotel is very new, so the facilities are very nice. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good too - salad buffet with 1 hot dish. The location is good too, 10 mins from the lake. The staff value comment so much to the extent that we felt some pressure... Also, knocking the door at 9-ish pm to give you a box and a few chocolate (asking you to fill in a comment sheet) is definitely a bad practice. After giving the comment when I checked out, a staff came to "discuss" my comment before I left asking me not give a comment online if I would not give them 5/5 (and a follow up email) . That was tarnishing my whole good experience at the hotel and was inappropriate. I understand comment is important to their business, but such practice would not lead them to a better comment.

Best kindness provided by the staffs of the hotel. Great taste of pho served in the morning, and other foods also nice. Good location of the hotel, which is center of famous places in Hanoi. I've been here 2nd time.

２階奥の部屋でした。窓はないため景色は見えませんでしたがとても静かで、ハノイの喧騒から隔離されて落ち着いて寝ることができました。 ６階のレストランの朝食バイキングも過不足なく、この規模のホテルでフォーや卵料理など、メインを選べることもうれしい驚きでした。 出かける際、毎回、ホテルのスタッフが追いかけてきてくれて(しかも名前を把握している)、今日はどうしますか？とか、気遣ってくださるのも好印象でした。最終日、チェックアウト後に宿泊した部屋のシャワーも使っていいよと申し出てくれたのも非常にありがたかったです。
