Terrible hotel, excellent service from hotels.com

This hotel was nothing like the photos! So much so we moved hotels as the place was inhabitable! The only positive from this stay was the customer service received by hotels.com. They dealt with my complaint in a professional, friendly and timely manner! For this reason I am staying loyal to hotels.com. Thank you!

OK, men der findes bedre til pengene

God beliggenhed og venligt personale. Hotellet levede dog slet ikke op til standard på billederne. Der var ikke daglig rengøring, der kom kun koldt vand ud af bruseren, og det trak ind af døre og vinduer. Smuk udsigt fra altanen på værelset øverst oppe.

Needs improvement

No room housekeeping at all despite numerous reminders. Toiletries not fully replenished daily. Room lightings mostly spoilt, no replacement despite reminders. Irregular hot water supply and low water pressure. Daily breakfast only bread, coffee and banana while stock lasts. No free drinking water provided daily, need to pay. No coffee maker and broken mug provided. Good location. Spacious room.

Parfait pour une nuit

Très bonne adresse, proche du centre ville de Hanoï. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, cependant petit problème sur notre chambre. Du coup, nous avons dû aller à son deuxième hôtel qui se situe à 2 minutes à pied de l’autre. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, rien à dire c’etait Parfait. De plus, comme nous sommes parti tôt. Nous avons eu le droit à notre petite déjeuner en take away 🙂

Nice staff, good location, maybe a lick of paint.

Stayed 4 nights in Hanoi. The staff were pleasant and check in was very fast. They also allowed me to check in two hours early. The room was clean enough and spacious with decent Wifi, although could use a lick of paint and a deep clean at some point. The breakfast was made to order off a basic menu. For the location and the price, the room exceeded expectations.

nous avons passe 8 nuits a cettr hotel et avons ete satisfait pour le prix paye. Le service a ete excellent et la chambres tres grandes. Le dejeuner inclus etait ok. point negatif: le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien dans les chambres et l air climatise ne fonctionnais pas. Ont recommande sans problème cette hotel

Central and helpfull staff.

Personalen var super hjälpsamma med allt, och de var alltid någon i receptionen. Vi fick hjälp med allt vi behövde inklusive att boka buss till Halong Bay (de har massvis med aktiviteter och turer att välja bland) Standarden var bra, slitet och gammalt. Men endå rent. För så lågt pris tycker jag endå du får mycket för pengarna även om det var lite slitet. Frukosten var ok, det mättar åt minstonde. Men igen.. man får vad man betalar för. Läget är super, vi såg typ allt vi ville se i stan, och tog aldrig taxi. Max 30min att gå i alla riktningar från hotellet till sevärdigheter, shopping och uteliv.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, l’hôtel est bien situé dans le vieux quartier, mais un peu bruyant en raison de la circulation routière sur la rue. Peut-être que les chambres donnant sur l’arrière sont mieux à ce niveau. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables bien que la propreté et l’état de l’immeuble laisse à désirer de façon générale. Personnel souriant. Déjeuners minimalistes, mais ok.

REVIEW OF HANOI LITTLE CENTER HOTEL

It's a good hotel and located at the center of the city. Actually my room was too big for air condition because looking to my room at least it requires two ton a/c and I have to run for the full time luckily it was run successfully. On my demand they have provided a fan which was I kept near bed. WIFI was with very speedy. As regards bathroom it is not so good and even shower was not working properly. Staff is also very co-operative and polite. Breakfast is also tasty. On my request they make it spicy which I require as per my taste. Overall experience is very good and obviously like to stay again whenever visit to HANOI.

ハノイ大聖堂から徒歩2分くらいで立地も良い。 スタッフがすごく親切で、オススメのご飯屋さんなど紹介してくれたりとてもアットホームなホテルだった。 部屋をグレードアップしてくれて、かなり広い部屋に留まることができた。

The hotel is inexpensive and the staff is very nice and helpful, but the pictures don’t really match what it actually is. The room would have been nice when new but it appears to fallen into disrepair. For the cost it was ok, but I would not recommend.

Impossible de me prononcer sur notre séjour à cet hotel, puisque le soir de notre première nuit ou nous étions sencé y dormir,,nous sommes arrivé à l'hotel vers 23h30 (dû à la longue attente que nous avons eu a faire à l'aeroport...) la personne à l'acceuil de l'hotel nous a signifié que la chambre que nous avions réservé n'était pas disponible, et nous a alors ammené à un autre hotel pour que nous y passions notre séjour de trois nuit (hanoi city hostel)

1박1인1만원도 과함. 3명.방만큼. 곰팡내 심함.겨울옷꺼냈을때 쾌쾌한 그냄새가 이불에서.벌레튀어나올것같지만 나오진않음. 왠지 몸이 간지러운기분.벌레퇴치제 침대뿌리고잠. 늦은시간체크인이라 싼데 묶은건데 그냥 돈더내고 좋은곳으로ㄱㄱㄱ

Great location and fantastic staff

The hotel is in a great location, most major tourist attractions are only a 5 minute walk, there are also plenty of restaurants and cafes all around the corner. The staff are fantastic, every day when we came down stairs they would give us a map and tell us how to get wherever we wanted to go, they were also able to book a Ha long Bay tour for us for $35 US. However, the wifi is very slow, there was no window in our room which made it very stuffy and the air conditioner didn't work (that wasn't a big deal for us because we went in the colder months)

Chambres spacieuses, Staff très sympa et bon prix

Équipe très sympathique et très bon café servi le matin. Autres avantage, l'offre de croisières sur la baie d'halong est à prix raisonnable comparé aux agences. La chambre etait très spacieuse et confortable. Un peu bruyant côté rue, mais on est à Hanoi :)
