The hotel is down an alley. It's well located where you can easily walk to food and shops. The proprietor was very friendly. There we some minor cleanliness issues. The elevator is tiny.

Conveniently located and we didn't have to get into the taxi to go to the market or places to see. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They didn't try to sell us anything and treated us with respect. The reception is staffed 24hrly. Safe place to stay with all the basics. Clean rooms and toilets. I can highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Hanoi.

A great location steps from the cathedral and a short walk to the lake and the Old Quarter. Lots of activity in the area, yet quiet for sleeping. A good budget hotel with friendly staff. The only complaint is that the rain shower didn’t work and water leaked out from under the shower door to the floor outside. Lots of options nearby for awesome coffee, banh mi and pho. Well recommended.

The location is amazing and the front desk staff were so helpful and kind in getting our laundry done and booking a bus for us. The location is so close to everything so we loved it for that. There is a bar across the street that had a concert one night and it was extremely loud. There was also construction that started fairly early and was also very loud. The room was comfortable. There is some water damage on the walls and ceiling.

Martin is a wonderful host he is welcoming and enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy had all the basic necessities, similar to a pub room in Australia. Handy location in the old quarter, multiple food options everywhere you look. Supermarket close by as well. Can be tricky to navigate via google maps as there are 2 hotels with similar name. Yep we went to the wrong one first 😅. Martin walked us to the correct hotel which was less than 30 metres down the same street, you guessed it he looks after both of them. No hesitation in recommending this simple buy comfortable accommodation.

The room is not as advertised AT ALL. Mold everywhere the rooms has a lot of water damage. Bugs and mosquitos everywhere. We are very disappointed. The pictures are HIGHLY deceiving.
