我在這共住了3晚，剛開始住2晚去下龍灣後回來再住一晚，前兩晚訂的是有陽台房，跟訂房網相同，c/p值還不錯但回來後我原本訂的是比有陽台更好的套房但，飯店竟然說滿了帶我到另一飯店說幫我升等大房間，但確是2樓沒陽光的很是令人失望，還不段的被逼迫給他好評，最後的房間實在太不喜歡了

Convenient location and helpful staff
The location is very convenient. Though the room is not spacious, it is clean and bed is comfortable. Kai, one of the reception staff is helpful. The breakfast is served in a nearby sister hotel. Food is average. The bell boy is nice and helpful too. Actually, the reception staff are good. Bed is comfortable. The shower provided after we check out is excellent especially suitable for us to take a night train. In summary, it worth for the money.

Excellent
it's excellent about the hotel. This location is near the oldstreet that is convenient but noisy. You need to walk in the lane to reach the hotel.But it's ok,Room is clean, staff is friendly,breakfast is also very good. I wil come back again next time. 飯店地點在古街旁邊的一個小巷子裡，車子不能直接到門口，如果遇到下雨有點麻煩或有行動不便的人同行不建議。整體來說，CP值算很好，早餐好吃，員工，親切房間，乾淨舒適。有機會來會再考慮這間。

They give much more than you want.
I stayed on March 30 and April 1. Not to mention the good location, comfortable accommodation, and delicious breakfast , the most I am impressed of is the high quality staff. They are not just friendly and helping. They want to give the guests more. The reception told me that they would fix all the problems for me, please them know. After I checked out in the morning of April 2, I ask for luggage stored. They said yes. Furthermore, I ask for taking a shower before the pick up of the night bus. They answered that a cleaned room would be prepared for me to bath. And all of it is free. Actually, they help me a lot in these two days. Without their help, my travel plan would be rescheduled again and again.

老城區經濟實惠的旅館
這次旅程中第二次 入住， 旅館經理主動提說將房間升等， 換到一個有小陽台的房間。旅館服務人員都非常的熱情，像朋友一樣。

CP質不錯的住宿，鬧中取靜，逛街、用餐都方便
服務親切周到，提供的地圖很實用，早餐不錯，菜色也會逐日調整幾項。距離36古街、還劍湖、同春市場都不遠，超市Fivi Mart步行8分鐘，土產街15分鐘以內。還劍區的房間都不大，以這個價格而言，沒甚麼可挑剔的。

很划算的飯店
飯店位置雖位於小巷內，但走出巷子就能達到熱鬧的街道，老闆人非常親切，但吃早餐要走到另外一棟用餐。

Небольшой отель в старом квартале
Небольшой отель в старом квартале, чуть в переулке от дороги. Номер небольшой, удобная постель, проблемы с уборкой, полы в номере не моются совсем и не убирается балконы вследствие чего чтобы присесть на балконе надо сначала протереть мебель находящуюся на балконе, очень мало места для хранения вещей, плохая шумоизоляция. Неплохой завтрак в гостинице Viola примерно в 50 метрах. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, спасибо за помощь в организации трансфера до Нинь Бинь. Услуги отеля лучше всего оплачивать во вьетнамских донгах из за слишком низкого курса обмена валюты. Хорошее расположение, рядом очень много мест питания и торговли, до озера Возвращенного меча минут 10 пешком.

An excellent hotel in the wrong position.
An excellent hotel with staff who couldn’t do enough for you.Rooms were very clean.The only thing that spoilt it for us was the position down a dirty dark alley.What made it worse was it rained heavily when we were there so water dripped from all the rooftops.Going for breakfast at the sister hotel was like an obstacle course.Difficult to find on arrival as no visible signs.

別のホテルでのブッフェスタイルの朝食付き。部屋はそれほど広くないですが、広めのダブルベッド、浴槽有りのお風呂、清潔な感じで良かったです。ただ隣の部屋から夜中中冷蔵庫か何かのモーター音が聞こえてきました。

Good location
Staffs were really really nice,friendly and helpful especially the bell boy. Reasonable price. Location was good but have to walk through dark alley. Room was quite small. Towels were old and dirty. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Water heater didn’t work well,water was cold and very hot alternative every 30secs.

Highly recommended!
Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely love it!! Staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter and it's convenient to walk to key sightseeing areas. It's quiet especially during the weekend as motorbikes are not allowed in the old quarter after 7pm.

small rooms but good service.
central of all area. within minutes to the lake and church. many shopping around there and the staff is nice. i booked 6 rooms and request for all single bed but they only gave 3 rooms with single bed. and 1 of the room toilet is broken. how possible they sell the room completely no door? room is really small. the only mirror is in the toilet which is small. but advantage there a lift which is a bonus. breakfast in sister hotel near by.

This hotel is quite small but located in the heart of city. It is very comfortable with this reasonable price. Breakfast is good and have many things to choose. I really like the staffs. Thry are very helpful especially when I loss my key card. They were willing to help make the new one (with some charges).

Good location. We stayed here for 1 night in an executive room before going on a cruise in Ha Long Bay. The executive room was bigger and had a better bathroom with a shower with walls. After the cruise, only a “suite” on the top floor was available, so we paid extra money and the room is not at all as accommodating as the executive room. It’s smaller, with a bathtub and no curtain. The bathtub leaks all over the floor and the water is extremely hot or extremely cold, there is no middle ground. When I called to reception to tell him this, he sent a non-English speaker directly to my room, although I asked for a few minutes in order to get dressed. Then the bellhop proceeded to show me how to work a faucet, and then called up his superior who also told me how to use a faucet. And when I asked about the leaking, all they did was clean it up with extra towels and left them soaking on the ground. The second experience has been terrible and I will not be coming back.

Podróż odbylismy pod koniec listopada 2019. Lokalizacja b dobra jednak samo znalezienie hotelu było trudne. Dojście do hotelu jest przez wąskie uliczki, które szczególnie nocą mogą wydawać się lekko niebezpieczne. Widok z balkonu na pobliska ścianę nowo budowanego obiektu. Największym minusem był brak restauracji w hotelu. Na opłacone śniadania musieliśmy przechodzić tymi samymi wąskimi uliczkami do innego hotelu. Samo śniadanie było średnio smaczne. Pokój był przestronny z malutkim balkonem. Przy zamówieniu wybraliśmy opcje z pokojem bez okna a dostaliśmy lepszy pokój.

Accueil,services au top.Nous avons fait une excursion à la baie d' Halong organisée par l'hotel que je recommande. L'entrée de l'hotel est dans une ruelle sombre mais trés typique de la vieille ville,le petit déjeuner ,trés bien au 6 eme étage,est dans un autre établissement dans une autre ruelle.Ce n'est pas signalé) Petite chambre pour une chambre de luxe . La salle de bain ne donne pas envie. Si vous aimez le typique ,je recommande sinon changez de quartier. Le positif,des gens charmants.

Boa localização!
Hotel pequeno e agradável, conta com colaboradores atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto realmente é como aparece nas fotos: justo. A limpeza é boa e nós não temos nada a observar. O café da manhã é farto. O destaque ficou por conta da localização que proporciona acesso a pé por todo o centro antigo da cidade.

Gross! Stay away!!
STAY AWAY!!! we did not even stay here and asked to leave as the images were different than reality. Dirty area in a dark alley with urine smell and drunk people. The hotel didnt want to give us any refund or anything for that scam.

Stay away!!!
Stay away!! We left the hotel even though we paid! Its not like in the pictures, everything is x4 smaller, the area smells from urine and is in a dark Halley with drunk people around. The staff didn't offer any compensation for this online scam. lost money.

We didn't actually stay in the Cristina, they were either full or didn't have our booking. We were moved to their sister hotel, the Viola Royal, which was, I think, a bit nicer. The only comments I can make about the Cristina are that they didn't have our booking and that the entrance is down a fairly dingy alley. My review ratings are for the Viola

I found a lot of cockroaches in the toilet on my first day, I asked them to clean the room, and make everything to be sure there were no more there, however, the night when I come back I found more now close to the bed, it was so horrible, I just came back from my daily tour, with energy to start booking or change of hotel, I asked them to change the room, and their answer that they have no room available, I was travelling solo, and the next day I needed to wake up early, so I didn't have too more option than stay there, also the place is located close to the main touristic place, but in a really dark alley. After I came back to Hanoi, and staid in a much better place than this for almost the same money, there are plenty of better accommodation places for around the same money than this.
