The hotel was conveniant as a overnight stop during our travel. The receptioninst who were from spain was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We parked the car in the same street as a gym and it was free for our overnight stay. The only thing that could be better was the towels and sheets, found some hairs in both. But otherwise a clean hotel.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom in my room was small but well appointed. The room was fine for me, as I was travelling alone. 2 people might have found it slightly cramped.

I didn't like the price of the breakfast. 15 Euros for a normal breakfast is really expensive. The room was little but nice, with a good table to work on. The hotel was clean and the personal helpful.

Hidden Gem

First two rooms had issues with them, and that’s a testament to Pedro that he made sure we had a good stay and found us a third room! Honestly, it’s said to be near sketchy area. That’s not true. If you have kids, there’s an amazing trampoline park downstairs. And you’re about a 15 minute walk from the central train station that goes around the country. Hotel had amazing shower, good air system, balanced mood lighting and quiet windows. I didn’t have the breakfast as hotel is a short walk from a number of high street locations, but yes, Pedro will sort you out.

I decided to stay at the hotel because it is highly rated among those hotels located at the midpoint between the central station and the university, where a meeting was held. It was good for me to drink coffee at any time, 24 hours a day. However, there was no desk in my room where I could work. Only a tiny table was available on which I could use a small laptop. That is why I could not give a full mark. It should be mentioned that one of the staff members was very friendly and kind.

Customer Service could be more friendly. Cleaner opened my room on day 2 without knocking. On realising I was in bed, they shut the door and went off without an apology. On waking up five hours later to walk into the city, I realised the door was actually open; it had not even been properly shut by the cleaner when they walked off.

Unfriendly staff. To busy flirting with each other to say "hallo" or "goodbye". Cleaning staff are even more Unfriendly and vocally objected if you used the life while they want to use it. Another cleaner had ago at us for being in the room at 11 am and not hanging the sign on the door.
