I really don’t want to leave a bad review, but unfortunately I had an awful experience here. I booked this location primarily because of its proximity to the train station, and initially everything went smoothly. Check-in was straightforward, even though I arrived after reception had closed for the evening. Unfortunately, the following morning was a completely different experience. I needed to catch an early train for work, but I was physically unable to leave my room. The hotel uses traditional keys rather than key cards, and the locking mechanism simply would not work. As a result, I missed my train. The situation was particularly concerning because this happened at around 5:00 AM, when there was no one at reception and no way for me to get immediate assistance. I contacted Expedia hoping they would be able to provide an emergency contact number or otherwise help, but I was simply told to wait approximately two hours until someone at the front desk became available. I understand that issues can happen, and I can be patient when something goes wrong. However, being unable to exit my room is not just an inconvenience, this is a serious safety concern! Guests need to be able to leave their rooms in an emergency, regardless of the time of day. The location and straightforward check-in were positives, but the inability to exit the room and the lack of any overnight emergency assistance are serious issues that I hope the hotel addresses.

Ein Dachgeschoßzimmer, das über eine defekte, verdreckte und nicht gewartete Toilettenspülung verfügt. Diese ist so versieft und verschimmelt, das man diese keinem Gast zumuten kann. Die Spültaste funktioniert nicht. Man muss den Deckel abnehmen und dann am Zugbolzen ziehen, ansonsten kommt kein Wasser. Das Frühstück hingegen war ordentlich und gut. Allerdings sollten die Croissant nicht bei 220 Grad gebacken werden, sonden bei 180 Grad. DIese waren zu kurz gebacken, innen teigig und außen verbrannt.

Das Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung, nichts besonders Schönes, aber für ein paar Nächte völlig okay. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und zentral, direkt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Das Personal war freundlich und hat die notwendigen Basisinformationen bereitgestellt. Das Einzige, was meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden könnte, ist das Frühstück – es ist etwas spärlich, insbesondere für diejenigen, die eine „süße“ Frühstücksvariante mögen. Ein paar Croissants (auch kleine!) wären sehr willkommen (anstelle der typischen trockenen Industriebrötchen...). Keine Espresso-Maschine. Aber wie gesagt: Für ein paar Nächte ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung!

外観は少し古く感じますが、室内は広くて清潔でベッドの寝心地が良かったです。スタッフも対応が良く安心して過ごせました。ハノーファー中央駅まで徒歩3分ぐらいで交通の便も良く、ドイツ料理の美味しいレストランや飲食店も多くて充実していました。

Unkomplizierter, schneller Check - In, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für diese Preisklasse sehr reichhaltig. Man erreicht dad Hotel in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof, und wer gern einen Einkaufsbummel macht, oder die Umgebung erkunden möchte, erreicht sowohl fußläufig die direkt am Hbf gelegenen Ernst - August - Galerie, kann aber von aus auch mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln weiterfahren ( Hbf Rosenstr. ).
