I can not say enough good things about Antje and her team!! From connecting with them a week before I arrived to the day I walked in the front door to the day I left, they were professional, friendly, helpful and engaging!! Very much a family feeling! The morning breakfast is fantastic!! They have a small bar right at reception with fantastic local beer and small pizza to order! This is a wonderful boutique style hotel! I will be back!

Ok but Did not clean my room

The location was good and the room was clean however I had the sign to please clean my room up for two days and it was not cleaned. On the second day I mentioned it at the front desk and all they did was make my bed and replace one towel. They didn't vacuum, replace visibly dirty sheets or even wipe around the sink. That was disappointing and highly affected the overall rating.

Stayed here for one night before flying home. Hotel is approx 10 mins walk from main station through city centre. Sits on a busy main road directly across from Town Hall, which is stunning to say the least. Rooms were ok, we booked two. The were clean, but a toothbrush was left in the shower in our room, and a previous travellers tshirt in my sons room wardrobe, so perhaps not checked thoroughly. When we arrived, we were met with a sign on the door saying reception was closed at 6pm and call a hotel in Hamburg to gain entry. After a few panicky minutes, we found lock boxes and an email sent whilst travelling to tell us the code. Not exactly customer friendly. However reception opened at 6am following morning. Breakfast was provided, which was basic, I think as the hotel was strangely quite. Could do better in terms of customer experience. But stay was ok.

Very messy

The hotel is messy. There is clutter in many places, including cleaning supplies (cloths, cleaning agents), garbage bags with used bed linen, cardboard boxes with products for room replenishment. This is not only when they are cleaning. The vacuum cleaners are just pushed into the corner of the hallway. There are empty plant boxes and empty refrigerators. Room cleaning is very poor. The hotel appears very worn. The staff are polite and seem service-minded. But their appearance, clothing, and general behavior are not what you would expect from a service business or even a medium-quality hotel. For example, the reception is empty while the receptionist is smoking on the street. Breakfast was acceptable. There is no coffee maker or similar in the rooms. Soap and shampoo bottles are maybe half full if you're lucky. The good thing about them not tidying up is that you can find an extra bottle of mineral water in the hallway from the cardboard boxes. The location is good. Although the hotel stay is not expensive, it is still far too costly for the value provided. Overall, the hotel seems poorly and unprofessionally managed. It is not the worst - but definitely among the worst hotels I have stayed at.

Insulted, thrown out - avoid this place

Simple hotel, good location. Horrible experience. At the arrival to the hotel in the afternoon, the nice girl greeting us told we should pay at checkout four nights later. The day after, when arriving back to the hotel at 6pm, we were met by an extremely upset guy in the reception, who claimed we were trying to fraud the hotel - they had tried to charge the card listed with hotels.com, and it’s a card I use for booking purposes only - and just have a balance when paying. As I had been told we should pay at checkout, there was no balance on the card. The rude receptionist refused to believe that the sweet girl that had welcomed us had told us to pay at checkout, he instead claimed that we had arrived at night - he started yelling at us, claimed we were thieves (in front of other guests) and that we should get our things and leave the hotel immediately. Both his claims would have been very easy to check had he just bothered, instead of spending his energy on threatening us - at which point I lost my temper and yelled back at him. He could easily see when we checked in, and he could have contacted his colleague to verify our claim. He claimed that Expedia demanded us to leave the hotel straight away, and that my account at Expedia should be cancelled - when I asked him to show me that, he couldn’t produce it, just a message from Expedia that the payment hadn’t worked and that he should contact us about that within 24 hours. Avoid this place!! We went to Hilton instead.

Convinient walking distance to city center so well located. At our stay we got a room on 4th stock with a non working elevator. Search criterias before booking, parking and a/c ,no a/c in the hotel and external parking in the surrounding.

Lock box code didn’t work, sat outside the hotel at 1am for over half an hour whilst it was sorted. Friend had a seizure whilst outside and hit her head on the pavement. When in rooms one colleague power went out and had to be switched to another room, my room was dirty on the floor and my feet were full of dust and dirt. Overall just really poor for the money we paid

we were given a room (old style) which was dark with dim lights, but on request we were moved to a better one from 4th to 5th floor. New room was good , modern and nice size. We senjoyed our stay, staff was decent. English lady at the front desk was helping and nice. Cleaning was bit of an issue, cleaner comes and somedays fold the blanket, sometime change the towel, but dont clean the washbasin or WC or the toilet. You can have coffee at the reception area near breasfast area complimentary, which was nice thing. Breakfast was very average limited menu so we skipped to have it there. Recommend to go to Cafe extrablatt , which serves buffet and ala carte as well. Hotel itself is 5 min walk to aegidientorplatz station. 10 min walk away from Kropcke , so nicest location. Rest over all, nice stay.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad mini, die Dusche mit Vorhang ein Graus. Wasserdruck mäßig, dafür Temperatur schwankend, sehr hellhörig. Zum Glück ist das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ordentlich.

Loistava sijainti, kehnohko palveluasenne

Kirjasivat yöpymisten määrän itse väärin avainkortille, jolloin kortti lakkasi yllättäen toimimasta. Korjasivat asian, mutta eivät pahoitelleet. Hissi ei toiminnassa, jyrkät portaat, monta kerrosta. Sängyn alla pölypalloja, sieltä ei siivottu. Muuttuneesta etuoven aukiolosta ei tiedotettu riittävästi, liukuovessa oli lappu jota ei edes nähnyt jos ovi oli valmiiksi auki (jos avainkortit eivät olisi toimineet tuolloin, olisimme jääneet yöksi ulos). Henkilökunta ei hymyillyt, paitsi aamiaishuoneen viehättävä nuori nainen ja reipasotteinen mieshenkilö joka keräsi astioita. Hotellin sijainti loistava ja sänky mukava. Kylpyhuoneen pesuaineet huonolaatuisia ja niitä oli pienet määrät isojen purkkien pohjalla, vaikea saada sieltä mitään tulemaan.

2泊予約したが、1泊ずつ荷物を出さなくてはならなかった。またエレベーターが故障しており、翌日治ると言われたが治っておらず、3階までスーツケースを持っていかなくてはならなかった。また、3階の部屋はWifiが届かず、2泊目は1階に変更したが、予約した部屋より狭かった。駅からも歩いて15分以上かかるし、今後泊まることはないだろう。
