「Heater was on when we arrived and the manager was very helpful. We were in a disabled unit and there seems to bean issue with the fan. There is no air conditioning but Goodyear s. The electric blanket on one side of the bed couldn't be turned off without pulling out the electric plug.」

「Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. We opened up the room (it was freezing) for 15 minutes or so to air it out. The curtains are shabby and ill fitting on some windows. The bathroom was adequate but again shabby, a soiled towel had been left on the hook from a previous stay. The one positive is that the bedding/beds were clean and crisp.
