AC not working properly. No proper clean in bathroom. Room not comfortable.

They charged me extra for A.C. room.... I told them to take difference of tariff of ac & non ac room but they took difference of amount of expedia rent paid & ac room rent.....
Service was pathetic, no room service Given, expedia had written in voucher for 15% discount on all food bills but I had to fight with hotel manager to take that discount still he didn't have me full discount.
Size of mosquitos flying in room were too huge.

Worst Experience Ever !!
I have booked my room through Expedia which said Deluxe Non A.C. costing Rs. 1500/-.
When I checked in my room., I could smell something which was irritable and after many requests they have changed my room.(After 3 hrs).
The new room they have given it to me comprise of 10×10(not sure) a very small room which is so uncomfortable.
When you are charging 1500 it should be worth 1500.
The toilet wasn't clean, Sink was overflowing. I had to stay as I had no option.
Very disappointing and bad Stay.

I booked two rooms through Expedia. One of the rooms was smelling terrible. Although they sprayed a room freshener, it wasn't just working out. The other room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good experience!

Absolutely nothing worth sharing....
Absolutely nothing worth sharing .... Rooms are basic minimum with not so friendly staff... Delay in giving room despite reaching hotel at 2 pm..... Despite of paying for extra guest had to argue for breakfast for extra guest... No parking...

Disapointing experiance
My booking for two nights for four adults in two rooms was confirmed at the time of booking. when we landed there the receptionist was a little disappointed and was found fidgeting with the computer for some time and asked questions by which i had a feeling, that i would be told that the booking was not done. But surprisingly he allotted me two rooms and wanted me to pay for the stay immediately. I told him that i would be settling the bill during check out.He told me that the policy of the hotel was to collect the money for the stay at the time of check in only. I settled the amount mentioned by my Debit card. The rooms bath rooms were found not up the standard mentioned .particularly the plumbing fixtures were very difficult to operate.The sheets were found stained.Only the saving grace was the room service which was efficient and helpful during our stay. I hope this review would be of some to improve the services provided.
