Good value for the location
Clean, close to xihu, close to Subway stop.
No AC in late October/early November. Have to open window to cool the room. Have to close the window to sleep because of street noise.
Bed is a bit on the soft side. In general, good place.

Tourist hotel type
Not very closed to the lake area. Not convenient for taxi to get in because I'd subway construction site just outside the premises. Front desk staff even refuse to call cab for guest, and we have to carry our bags a long way before getting a cab.
