Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Staff is very hospitable and friendly.. The young lady helped with our transfer to Hengdian which was out of the distance. The breakfast provided was good too. It is also within walking distance of Xihu, Leifeng Pagoda and the Hangzhou Zoo.
