酒店本身挺不错的，前台友好，因为在好订网上错订成双床房，打网上客服怎么也改不了，只能在前台跟酒店沟通，前台说并没有跟好订网直接合作，只是通过第三方平台，这让人对这个好订网和酒店的沟通能力表示怀疑，酒店有房，但是平台就是不给改房型，怎么也想不通。 回到酒店，干净，整洁，服务员热情友好，设施齐全，还会再来，赞一个！

酒店服务真的是好，位置也相当好，对面就是富春江，景色优美。 唯一的不足是早餐欠佳。还有泳池是露天的，如果冬天去的话会比较冷。

完美，绝对高大上。价格又不贵。
很好，套房很大，洗手间也很大，装修有文化气息，位置就在富春江畔，步行到附近几个公园也就15分钟。值得入住！

All hotel facilities are good enough, especially room and bed so nice. But when had breakfast and dinner in restaurant, staff supporting was so slow and not clean a little. Also staff cannot communicate by English, it was very difficulty to communicate with hotel staff. Totally is good.

Hot and noisy
A very nice Hotel. Everything was first class except my room was hot and was told that they can only provide A/C or Heat but not both. Unfortunately, they had not determined that it was time for the A/C yet and I had to sleep with the window open and listen to traffic noise all night.

I'm very disappointed in your behavior regarding payment security, anywhere in the world require me security for payment, as you require excessively, I pay you with my credit card and you do not need to be concerned payment that you have my credit card number for charge. Yesterday it very irritated me off payment RMB 101.00 cash for my lunch. And even more angered me that you withheld from me calling on the phone in the room to USA, about it coming you score 0.

It would be grateful if you could accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience caused to you from our deposit policy. Because of the Chinese banking system security control, charge credit card with card number is not working in China since years ago. That's the reason, once your total expense exceeded your deposit authorized to us upon check in, our staff had to bother you afterwards. It’s definitely our fault as we did not explain to you properly and remind you to authorize more amounts in the following days. We highly appreciate you let us know this problem and give us the chance to improve. Looking forward to meeting you here in the future and wish you all the best.
