The rooms are very nice, breakfast is excellent, and most of the staff are very friendly. Service at the front desk varied depending on who was working. The hotel is in a more remote location and walking to town isn’t ideal because of the busy road. Transportation into town can be a bit tricky, as taxis aren’t always easy to find.」

「The room that we stayed was clean and very cozy! The bathroom as well was clean with clean towels and a hair dryer available. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good as well. Strongly recommend to stay at the hotel Hare Rapa Nui by Chez Joseph.」

「This was a perfect experience for what we wanted. Carla is amazing. Pick up was easy. She arranged a rental for us to use. The lodge was secluded (which we loved and wanted). It was clean and view of the ocean from our window and balcony along with the stars at night beyond perfect. We will stay here every time we visit. 」

「Perfect small hotel close to the centre of town. Good size room with a nice garden with lots of plants. Breakfast was good different every day. Excellent staff always happy to help.
Only disappointment was booking a full day tour costing US$195pp that lasted from 09:30-13:30 I would not consider this a full day tour. 」
