「terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.」

「It’s in a premium location and staff is super friendly. I have been there several times and recommended it to many friends as well. The only thing I see it could be better is that there is a great view outside breakfast area’s windows which is Unfortunately blocked by stacked chairs (outside pool is closed). It’s understandable. But if the chairs could be in stored in a less visible spot without blocking windows , it would be a great experience for guests to be able to enjoy the view by window...
