"When I arrive, there was nothing really around this hotel. Also felt unsafe as I had a corner room and the entire night the emergency or exit door was wide open to where anybody could come into the halls without being a guest. Also very limited transportation. It took me about an hour and a half to get a taxi to agree to come pick me up."

"The hotel was very clean, and I especially appreciated how friendly the staff were. Whenever I asked for help, such as calling a taxi, they always greeted me with a warm smile, which really left a lasting impression.
The breakfast was also excellent. I stayed for four days, and although it was a bit disappointing that the menu was the same every day, the food was always clean and well prepared, so I had no major inconvenience during my stay. Above all, the coffee was outstanding. If I visit Cheonan again in the future, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again."

"Not as advertised. It was disgusting. It was smelly. It was a hotel that is not for a family. It was the worst experience. We left and requested a cancellation/refund and it seems to be a battle. They do not do well with international travelers. They do not speak English. Travelocity is no help. DO NOT stay here unless you are looking for a โlove shackโ for a few hours and do not care. "
