Quaint, quiet, cute, clean & convenient. Owner/manager so very nice & welcoming. We didn't spend much time on the property because we were visiting family in the area, but pool area seemed well maintained & clean. Internet signal was not great so if you have computer work to do it could be an issue for you. This is now our place to stay when visiting!

Welcoming w a few minor hiccups

Definitely needs black out curtains on windows especially by front door as you are 1) unable to turn off light outside your room and 2) sunlight comes through windows. shower head is very low; bathroom sink is very small - tub is very high - not ok with people that can't bend knees well to get to the 2nd floor - the stairs are VERY steep. not a good idea for anyone that has limitations or balance issues freezer in fridge needs a good defrost when you hang items in closet they protrude farther out then the closing slider the owners are extremely welcoming and hospitable, place is clean, pool is wonderful and clean. location is awesome!

It's gonna be alright. Just about

It's okay. The cottage we stayed in was some sort of mobile home or portakabin. It was on a bit of a slope and had seen better days. On the plus side the staff there seemed really nice, the pool was good, and by Hamptons standards it wasn't too expensive. But by any normal standards it was expensive for what you get. Not recommended but maybe other rooms are much nicer

If you absolutely have to.

Old school hamptons property on the water with a pool. Good enough to rest after work but old. The smoke detector kept going off whenever I took a hot shower.

Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!

The rate on hotels. com was around $350 , 2 kids 13 year old and 2 adults When I arrived at the hotel they charge me more money arguing the Hotel platform was wrong. And she charged me 80 more $ for the kids. I had to stay because there were no choice. Finally, she charge me just one kid, instead of two, after having a discussion. I paid. $408 for a place that is not with it.The internet connection. Is bad.

Cabins so close to each other. Nothing pleasant around the one we were assigned. Even though reservationist knew my spouse is 94 and cannot walk much, we were given a cabin down the back and in the back.
