Nice stay at Mercure

Nice and helpful staff. Very clean and nice rooms and excellent breakfast! Late checkout, so that was also nice and a free underground parking lot.

AC wasnt working in the first night and they were not any other available room. So i had to sleep in a non ac room with a fan Once they moved me to another room on the second and last night, the ac was on but very low. It was a bit step up from a fan. Breakfast was mediocre

A bit outdated hotel: head of floor lamp and shower hose broken, leaky windows with water inside, toilet flush button very dirty. Staff is nice. WLAN is fast and free.

Will definitely recommend

Checked in to the hotel after 22.00 Saturday evening. As the restaurant was closed, we asked for help to find somewhere else. The night receptionist (asian looking man) was very helpful and gave us a few suggestions. All staff we met spoke English. All in all a very pleasant experience

Bad sound isolation

The staff was realy nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The sofa that was a bed was hard. The double bed was 2 beds made in to one so it wasnt a double bed. We were disturbed by stamping nices from the floor above for the whole night.

Unser Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Lage ist super und es war ruhig. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Manko war das es im Frühstücksraum ziemlich kühl war und es beim vegetarischen Aufstrich und beim Gebäck keine Auswahl gab.
