Except for when ordering thru Expedia, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that Expedia does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on Expedia,

The place was dirty. It stank horribly. The attending help was dressed in her dirty sweat pants. Her hair was a mess. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Maybe a homeless person. She would not reimburse the money that she was holding as a deposit.

The closet was under construction. The bathroom had no heat, The toilet seat broke because it was positioned almost against the wall and too small (told them a few times but they did not seem to care, was not fixed). Also, I had to ask for a lamp and was told they had none to spare, then 3-4days later they showed up with a very old one. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had.. I was stuck so leaving was not an option, so I had to bear it. They charged me an additional $40 more on the last booking for this experience. By the way they do not have any kitchenettes (as per the manger), apparently as per the owner the microwave is the kitchenettes.
