Für mich ist das Hotel sehr wertvoll, liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, so mit bin ich total flexibel. Das Hotel hat für mich alles, was ich brauche. Wichtig ist, man muss sich mit der neuen Technik auskennen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Josef Becherer

Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich - und genau dann muss der Flur vor dem Check-in Automaten gesaugt werden und die Gäste (!) müssen mit ihrem Gepäck wieder auf die Straße! Der Code zur Türöffnung scheint nicht zu funktionieren, mehrfach mussten die Gäste, die auf das Check-in warteten, helfen. Die Fenster in meinem Zimmer schlossen nicht richtig, ich hatte also die ganze Nacht Verkehrslärm und laute Stimmen (Sleep?-Hotel). Der Bewegungsmelder im Bad reagiert, wenn man an die Garderobe geht, wenn man aber unter der Dusche steht, geht das Licht aus und man muss die Duschtür öffnen, um wieder sehen zu können - und dann lange fummeln, um die Duschtür wieder einigermaßen dicht zu schließen. Lichtblick: die Mitarbeiterin, die ich anrufen musste, weil ich beim Check-in die Zimmernummer nicht bekommen habe (!), war sehr angenehm und aufmerksam und bekommt 5 Sterne (leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht).

Leider keine gute Schallisolierung zur Straße. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sauber. Aufgeführt wird aber nicht, dass man beim Check in noch einmal 4,80 zahlen muss. Scheinbar für die Schlüsselkarte.

There is a lot of pearl clutching on reviews about the area around this property. It’s completely safe, yes okay there are diverse people around including some homeless beggars. Get over it, this is late stage capitalism. The facilities are exceptional, especially for the price, and the location is great nice and central, can get anywhere in Hamburg very quickly. The bad reviews regarding the area are down to two things - racism and classism that is it. It’s safe as houses - it’s Germany, the western world, nobody is going to attack you for no reason and there is tons of people around.

An sich ist die Lage perfekt,am Hauptbahnhof und mitten im Geschehen. Aber wie es nunmal so ist,am Hauptbahnhof ist es dann Nachts nicht mehr so schön. Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen weil es so zentral liegt, die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden bzw. öfter und genauer reinigen. Viel Staub!

My stay was overall good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The internet speed was good, the check-in process was not difficult, you have to do it on your own. The check-out time was very early, it would have been better if it was 11:00-12:00. There are markets around. It took 10 minutes on foot, not far from the train station. The theme of the rooms was nice, but the lighting was insufficient. Even when all the lights are turned on, the room can be dimmed. It should have been a water heater. Same My stay was overall good. Es ging hier um den Check-In. Und leider war NIRGENDWO die zum Einchecken erforderliche Reservierungsnummer angegeben. Ohne den freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wäre keine Anmeldung im Hotel möglich gewesen. Das ist sehr schade und ein großes Versäumnis. Entweder Check-In-Computer anders programmieren oder einfach die Nummer mitteilen. Das wäre kundenfreundlich und ist eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

The room itself was fine. The area around the hotel was crowded and unpleasant. Beggars and hookers on the sidewalk. And there was no Wi-Fi. What kind of miserable excuse for a hotel doesn’t have Wi-Fi?
