Great location. Very accessible and close the various services, including the subway. Room amenities were fine though lacking fridge and safe. Check-in staff was very aloof and brusque. Not helpful at all. Access to rooms did not flow as it was interrupted at least two times for key card swipe. Once should be enough.

Appears to be set up for overnight stay.as we stayed 4 nights, not enough tea and coffeein room. Had to ask at reception every day and only given 1 nights supply. No food served although hotel has food menus everywhere. Staff helpfull ordering taxis.

Gute Lage, man ist in 20 Minuten am Hafen, es fahren U- und S-Bahn in der Nähe. Frühstück war super, für jeden etwas dabei. Bett war zu weich und die Klima ging nicht, dafür haben wir umsonst geparkt.

Das Fenster war super dreckig. Das Zimmer optisch überhaupt nicht so, wie ursprünglich gebucht. Da das Zimmer zu Straße war, war es dementsprechend laut! Zwischendurch ging der Fernseher nicht. Dies wurde der Rezeption mitgeteilt und es hieß, ein Techniker würde es sich anschauen kommen. Doch man musste erneut nachfragen am Abend, sodass jemand kam und das Problem löste. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus. Was ein großes Problem ist, das es keine Reinigung des Zimmers während des Aufenthalts gab. Daher ist das „Nicht stören-Schild“ auch völlig für die Katz. Eine tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers bzw. Aufmachung der Bettwäsche gehört zu einem Hotelservice dazu! Das ist der Unterschied zu einer Ferienwohnung… Aber insgesamt war es ganz in Ordnung. Bleibt ein Low Budget Hotel. Wenn es rein zum schlafen gedacht ist, ist es solide. Personal war sehr höflich! Lobby schaut schön aus.

Die Lage ist top, das Personal freundlich und das ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer sollte gegen einen glatten Boden ausgetauscht werden. Die Flecken sind doch sehr unschön. Der Reiningungsservice ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
