Convenient, comfortable but

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated. Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld. A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Nice quiet hotel in a residential area! Old building but has an elevator, long winding corridor to my room but had everything I needed including parking! Very helpful staff and a pleasant two day stay, slept in on the first night, tired after a long drive. Unser gebuchtes Comfort-Apartment mit Küchenausstattung war nicht verfügbar, daher hatten wir erhebliche Mehrkosten, 4 Tage essen in Restaurants. Die gesamten 4 Tage kein Internet. Unser aufgebrochenes Zimmerschloss wurde nicht repariert. Zimmerausstattung insgesamt sehr spartanisch. So hatten wir uns unser verlängertes Wochenende in Hamburg nicht vorgestellt .

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und Sauber. Die Einrichtung ist eine Mischung aus modernen und Rustikalen Möbeln. Wir haben gut geschlafen, es gab in unserem Zimmer 2 Badezimmer, das haben wir super. Das Hotel ist in einer alten Villa Zuhause, deren Einrichtung und Boden sehr diesem Stil entsprechen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Konditorei, Imbiss und eine Bushaltestelle bzw ca. 1km weiter auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren zufrieden und würden auch wiederkommen. das Haus ist ziemlich runter gekommen, unser Zimmer war selbst für eine Nacht eigentlich nicht in Ordnung. Wir hatten nicht viel erwartet, aber das nun auch wieder nicht. Fangen wir mit etwas positivem an, das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab genug Auswahl und sie wurde auch ständig nachgefüllt. unser Zimmer war leider eine Katastrophe, alles sehr alt, vor allem das Badezimmer (s. Bilder) die Dusche war nicht nutzbar, die Lampe über dem Waschbecken war dauerhaft an, das Fenster (immerhin gab es eins) war sehr dreckig, das Schlimmste war jedoch die Fußbodenleiste zwischen Zimmer und Bad, hier stehen Schrauben hoch und man konnte auf gar keinen Fall ohne Schuhe gehen, große Verletzungsgefahr, der Schnapper der Türe hat nur funktionier, wenn er Lust hatte, somit musste man immer zusehen, dass die Türe auch zublieb andere Gäste schreiben, dass das Personal unfreundlich ist, das können wir nicht bestätigen, da man mit uns nicht gesprochen hat, selbst als wir den Schlüssel abgegeben haben wurden wir gekonnt von den beiden Personen hinter dem Tresen ignoriert Fazit: nie wieder, selbst nicht für einen Nacht

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für drei Nächte gebucht.Dafür war es ganz Okay!. Es ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist voll in Ordnung. Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze, doch an der Straße findet man immer einen Parkplatz. Wenn man einen längeren Zeitraum buchen möchte, sollte man nicht Economy Class buchen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein.

Parken ist wunderbar in der Umgebung möglich. Das Hotel ist ein Altbau, es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Türen halten kaum Lärm aus dem Flur ab. Badezimmer super alt, die Dusche hat die beste Zeit hinter sich. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Decken und Kissen waren kuschelig. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber leider kaputt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und hat mich positiv überrascht. Für den sehr günstigen Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, war alles ok

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Wir waren insgesamt 4 Tage im Kleines Hotel Heimfeld und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. 🥰 Unser Zimmer war zwar klein, aber wirklich fein und für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Es war sauber, hell und entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Besonders die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, allerdings hatten wir damit überhaupt kein Problem, da die anderen Gäste sehr ruhig und rücksichtsvoll waren. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. ❤️ Das Frühstück haben wir selbst nicht dazugebucht, da wir eher Kaffeetrinker als Frühstücker sind. Wir sind aber am Buffet vorbeigekommen und es sah wirklich sehr lecker und ansprechend aus. ☕🥐 Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass unser Fernseher leider nicht funktioniert hat. Wir haben dies angesprochen und uns wurde gesagt, dass am nächsten Tag jemand danach schauen würde. Leider kam niemand. Für uns war das letztendlich aber nicht weiter schlimm, da wir uns auch anderweitig beschäftigen konnten. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn es uns erneut nach Hamburg verschlägt, und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. ❤️ Vielen Dank an das herzliche Team für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel war im großen und ganzen gut und auch die Zimmer im Orientalischen Stil. Aber das Bad war aus den 1960 mit grünen Fliesen sehr hässlich und alles Alt und teils verschimmelt. parkplatze sind hinter dem Hotel verhandeln und frei. Aber wenn man spät kommt ist alles belegt und spät nachts ist auch an der Straße nichts frei und man muss suchen.
