We booked the hotel for charging station for electric car. Out of 6 charging station none of them was working and when we reported this in the morning to reception they behaved as it is our fault rhat we do not know how to use it. our Room was nice and bed was comfortable, however stinked horribly and smell did not disappear till we were there. Breakfast was very poor.

The hotel and room was very nice and spacious for a family. The only negative thing about the stay was the noice from the road. When we checked out, we were told to write "quiet" on the booking and then they would try and give us a quiet room. However, you do not know that when you book. I couldn't find anything on their website, that said there might be some noice from the street. The breakfast was not as good as it says on the webpage, it was OK. We would go there again because of the spacious rooms, but remember to write "quiet". There was a bus stop close to the Hotel which was nice.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The only thing I was not thrilled with was that my room overlooked several garbage receptacles outside. As early as 7 am, or slightly earlier, I woke up to the sound of people throwing garbage in the bins...and also the sound of glass bottles being thrown in. The bins outside wouldn't have bugged me so much if they waited until 8 am or 9 am or later to use them. Also, whoever was out there was smoking cigarettes' so I could smell it from my room. Apart from that, the place was nice the close to the airport.

Functional property close to the airport. Nice gym and “living room area” for children inside. Mediocre breakfast. No coffee, tea or shampoo in room: you can purchase coffee pods. Ask for room away from parking lot as people coming and going all hours.

There is coffee machine in too but you have to go downstairs to purchase a coffee then make it yourself and there’s no air conditioning in the room, the room didn’t have stove as it was on the picture and it was a one microwave and fridge. The washer is downstairs no tea is provided, very minimal

The place was perfect for a small family. We used this as a final stop before leaving Germany, as it was close to the airport. It was clean, and they had REAL AC, which helped get a proper sleep. Something that we didn't get too much during our Euro trip. 5/5 all and all.

Room for significant improvement.

Arrived early Friday evening to discover that no bed linned were available. No reception, hence we had to pick-up ourselfes at neighbouring hotel. The room was extremely smelly, like somebody has left contaminated food there for month. Have had better experiences with with Appartello - this one was a complete disaster.! Would expect some kind of compensation.
