Close to Hammerkirche U-Bahn, the Hotel/Hostel is situated to the east of Hamburg Centre, helpful staff, really good breakfast

Not accessible only steps to get in the site then they have 2 left’s however only 1 working at the time of stay that then went down on our last day the staff at the site was very rude including using profanity at us on check out

Room too small for 4, no clim, very hot, you must open the windows and very noisy outside. Dirty, we had to do the kids bed ourselves. Why not. Breakfast in the basement good enough.

Excellent value for money.

For the price, excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Seemed to be clean and safe place. Close to buses and two Ubahn stations Explaining the price: Nothing to do in area. Hardly any shops near (LIDL as neighbour though). Room was very small. Moving about had to be coordinated between 3 people. 'Matresses' hard as rock Room was in basement with windows facing LIDL carpark so had to keep curtains closed all the time.

Fine stay for a very reasonable price.

Fine room for the price. Don’t expect luxury though. There was a small metal table but no chairs. The bedside tables might be intended to double as seating. It worked but wasn’t that comfortable. One elevator was out of order so after breakfast we had to walk from -2 and all the way up to 4 as the other elevator didn’t come. I assume it was being occupied by cleaning.

A&O are advertising with parking spaces and EV charging, but there is basically none. The 8 parking spots and 1 single charger was apparently reserved. I was not informed that i had to reserve them, which makes me think that it's the staff thats parking there. Overall a 4/10 experience. Unhelpful staff aswell.

The staff wasnt very helpful and spoke rudely at times. Asked for a baby crib, had to wait for almost 2 days for it. To ask for anything is a stress because yoj dont know how rudely the staff will answer or maybe not all.

Gave away my parking

Clean room, check in was easy, have not yet checked out but will soon. Main reason for the low score is that I paid for a parking and they gave it away. Instead of moving the car that one of the staff wanted a lesser employee stopped the process. And pointed me to park at the trash cans. I Guess I just wants what was right. To have what I paid for. Instead of staying one more night I will go somewhere else and I will avoid this franchise forever.

Worst Hotel Experience in Years

We traveled with a small baby and chose this hotel because it stated that parking was available. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and wanted to check in quickly. The receptionist then claimed that we had booked two rooms, even though my receipt showed only one room. He then called his own customer service and wanted me to wait in the reception while he was on hold, despite me explaining that it was the middle of the night and we had a small baby. Moreover, it turned out that there was no available parking at all, and we had to find parking ourselves in the city. We finally found a spot, a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel. With a lot of luggage and a few months old baby in our arms, we had to walk through half the city in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional handling of their own mistake and misleading information about the hotel.

Angefangen beim unhöflichen Empfang bis zum dreckigen Zimmer das nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken hat war alles dabei .. Die Betten waren eine absolute Frechheit .. die schlimmsten zwei Nächte die ich je erlebt habe .. das Zimmer war schmutzig.. Der nette Aufzug der für eine Person vielleicht geeignet war war ein Horrorerlebnis.. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat zwar bis 10:00 geöffnet aber wenn du um 9 kommst ist eigentlich fast alles leer außer die Cornflakes .. Es war für uns auf alle Fälle eine Einmalige Erfahrung und über den Preis welchen man für die Unterkunft und das Frühstück bezahlen muss, sollte man vielleicht nochmal nachdenken .. denn der Preis ist eindeutig zu hoch angesetzt.
