"Nice quick check in and nice staff. Room was dated and small. There was a step up and down from bathroom that seemed a bit hazardous at night. Liked how close it was to Shinkansen station. "

"Fastest elevator I've come across! My room was on the 39th floor..but it felt like i was on the 5th. Great view! The beds are firm. Just nice. I'll return. "

"This was just a quick stop on a long trip. It has a lot of potential if the staff, AC or central/fan system worked, and better amenities. the room was large and dirty, set up like a party room. So much more can be done to the interior decor to one account for the cost and the location, even if it is just to sleep. The shower area was way too large with some much open space can fit the offense of a football team in it, but the tub (shower/tub in one) was nothing fancy nor large. Very little hanging and storage space for the size of the room but it was just a one night stay. "

"Hotel is clean and right in the middle of the shooting, restaurants, bars and cafes etc. No breakfast or ammentities currently. Appears to be an older type hotel "

"The property was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that check-in is on the second floor without an elevator till you check-in. Would stay here again!"
