There were very short wait time when I had made a request from the front desk and they were very accommodating towards our needs. 「This hotel is clean, quiet and well kept. I enjoyed my stay even though it was short. The only downside is they made me wait for house keeping to check my room before I could check out. I didn’t like it but I understand why. 」

「My stay here was great. The front desk receptionist was kind and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I would gladly choose to stay at Shaza again.」
