The garage is located on the lowest floor of the house, which was built in 1996. Thereafter, the energy-saving oil heating system is housed in a separate, inaccessible room. The east terrace of about 30 m2 in size can be completely closed off, so that small children or pets can not escape. For the youngest guests there is a swing on the property. In addition, there is a modernized mini golf course at the campsite.
