「GOT confirmation on booking from you. Drive 600 km. When we arrived there was a gate closed with a heavy lock, no respons on the phonenumber given by you. So we had to turn around and drive another 50 km to find a place to stay. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!」

「The owner did at all not know we were coming (normally they do not rent during eastern holidays) but kindly they arranged it it all anyhow very well. Conmmunication with Hotells.com/Dancenter/owner did not work at all. We had finally to contact the owner directly and made it work together with them. Did not get the house we booked but a god one that worked anyhow. 」
