"Staff was very polite. The room was clean, just very outdated but I didn't mind. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. The breakfast lacked in variety but met my needs. Not a bad place for one night and the price."

"The rooms weren't terrible. The bed was firm, which is generally a plus, but I'm rather spoiled by my adjustable bed at home, so I didn't sleep well at all. The blankets were super thin. The AC worked great. Other than a few dead bugs on the floor the room was clean. I'd rather the bugs be dead than alive at least it shows they sprayed or have the facility sprayed. We didn't eat breakfast there, but they had the usual waffles you can make yourself, cereal options, yogurt, coffee, juice, and milk. Not a lot of options as far as creamer for the coffee. We opted for Dunkin coffee. Front desk staff were very nice. All in all, really not bad for the price. There are several eating places near by. I would not recommend the McDonalds, even for a late night snack that's right down the road. It was awful. Service was terrible and the food was even worse."

"Our room was clean and well laid out. Nice view of the gardens. The staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Our stay came with the breakfast and it was amazing and lots to choose from. Had a casual dinner there and we had 3 college students with us and they enjoyed it as well. We used the valet parking which helped a lot and you could come and go as you pleased."

"The room was very spacious and there was a good variety at breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was nice with great water pressure and almost instant hot water. My only complaint about the shower is that it is extremely difficult to shave legs when there is no shelf/ledge/seat, etc. Another small complaint is that the air conditioner was extremely noisy when it cycled on and off. And the last minor complaint is that the refrigerator did not appear to have been cleaned because of a brown, sticky substance on the bottom of it. Those are nit-picky things, but overall, I would definitely stay there again. It is in a great location to walk to OSU sporting events."

"staff was super nice and helpful, quiet property and very clean. breakfast was great, plenty of options, my ONLY issue was that our room smelled like cigarettes SOOOO bad :( we only stayed for one night but the smell as soon as i opened the door was so strong, and there was a cigarette hole burned on the couch so i think there were smokers in there before us? the room was very clean it just stank bad but like i said we only stayed one night, and i drove from really far away i didn’t want to have to wait for them to get us another room. other than that it was a good stay."

"Everything was good till about 1030pm/11pm. Water started coming up out sink and bath tub. No one in our room was even up it started on its own left dirt in the sink and the sink filled half way with water. It sounded like a washe running in our room. I told staff and was just met with thanks. It was over $300 for the stay for water backing up in our sink. Otherwise hotel was nice hot tub was hot."
