Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! "The hotel was beautiful. The room had a big comfortable bed and 2 nice arm chairs. The host custom cooked breakfast for us and arranged for a taxi when we had to leave. There was a lovely terrace out back which will be nice when the weather is warm."

"Superior rooms are worth the money. Location is on a commercial/industrial estate but easy to find and surrounded by supermarkets. 5 mins drive from lovely Deauville . Breakfast is good quality. Check in Staff spoke only French and didn’t slow down despite my 67 brain being knackered from an 11 hr journey. "
