The first room we were given the headboard and footboard were all cracked up the sink you had to wash at was a kitchen sink and taps the fan in the bathroom didn’t work there was bird crap all over the window the seal in the window was not any good so there was moisture between the panes of glass there was a poor job of silicone around the window the second room was better but the bathroom fan was so noisy that you couldn’t have it on for fear of waking up everybody else in the building the bathroom floor was filthy behind the door and when showering the water would go from hot to cold and then really hot. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

After a long day travelling from PEI, we tried to have a late night shower. The shower drain instantly backed up with water. The drain was 100% plugged. Hair was backing up into the tub. Considered calling to swap rooms (in “hindsight”, we should have) but it was already 11:00pm and just needed to sleep. Mentioned it to staff at checkout the next day and they had very little concern about it. We don’t recommend this hotel.

This hotel has "great bones" but it seems to have fallen into disrepair. Our room had a few minor issues (toilet running, perfume smell on comforter) which the manager graciously rectified. The restaurant offerings were mostly deep-fired pub food and there was no breakfast at all. Staff were pleasant and efficient. One unavoidable element is the ghetto motel across the street, making safety a concern.

1. No hot water throughout my stay 2. Bathroom sink was clogged and took forever to drain the water. 3.Room floor wasn't moped, it was quite sticky and dirty. 4. Went 4 times down from 3rd floor to see front desk because front desk wasn't answering. Upon asking he said you hang up while he picked up. Not welcomed environment front desk and he didn't reach out to manager (Clara) as it was quite a big issue with water outage. In the morning Clara mentioned that I wasn't reached out otherwise issue would have resolved. I heard there will be some amount refunded, but i haven't seen anything yet. To say the least it was worst experience i ever had and i will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Inexpensive and it shows. There was no hot water from the time we checked in Sunday until Tuesday morning at 0600. The staff did not tell us when we checked in that there was no hot water or offer any refund or give us the option to go somewhere else. The staff kept giving us different times when the water would be fixed and it wasn't. We found out by accident when we tried it Tuesday morning.There is a pub with slot machines and it is loud as our room was right above the outside area where people smoked.

The place is a run down hotel in a old sector close by highway but drug dealing and alccol and prostitution. The hotel pretend to have a be a boutique hotel but water was cold not hot water to shower and the room was old and dusty.

The hotel’s location is not bad, it’s close to the Superstore and the highway exit. However, there are issues with 1) the general smell of the hotel and room - it smelled musty and of cigarette smoke (due to the smoking near the premises); 2) no dining options in the hotel; 3) the coffee service at the lobby had flies around it and the milk was set out for the whole day in a bucket of ice that melts rather than in a cooler or refrigerator; 4) the surfaces and the floor in the room was dusty; and convenience outlets were limited, one had to be switched on with the lights. On the upside, since the room’s floor was not carpeted, one could if the place is clean or not.

The area around the property is sketchy. The property itself is very outdated and overdue for a renovation. No sound isolation between rooms at all! I was able to hear someone watching tv, showering, drying their hair, talking in the next room. The glass washroom door was the cherry on the top - no privacy in the bathroom! However, the staff is very nice and helpful.
