"Room was very dated and requires a complete makeover. Probably hasn’t been updated in 40 years or more. Cobweb on ceiling above bed and bugs on wall and floor near bathroom. Bathroom also requires updating, toilet height was only 12” not helpful if you have hip or knee issues. Height of vanity low. ..."
