「Toilet and shower were heavily stained and not sure if sanitary. Bedding was worn and had some stains. One bath towel was thread bare. Mattress was comfortable. Room needs a deep clean, fresh bedding and towels to bring it up to a respectable level. A bit of a funky odor that needs to be rectified. Could easily be a good room with some care and a bit of money spent but will not get repeat customers or recommendations as is.」

I refused and then he said he had to call to confirm my reservation. After about 15 minutes he still didn’t have confirmation but let me in the room regardless.
