"Everything about this lodge is great. Modern, spacious room, nice pool, good location. The only issue is the incredibly poor sound proofing between rooms, I mean next level bad. You can hear every step next door, even speaking at normal volume. Thankfully, our neighbours weren’t loud, but if they were, it would have ruined the trip. "

"This is a very old resort that is falling apart unfortunately. The "water spa" is a huge lukewarm pool with more than half the jets not operating. Very disappointing aspect of the resort. The main building has drywall peeling off and beams starting to expose in the ceiling which gave us no comfort. The cottage we stayed in had cardboard for toilet paper and tissue paper; the tv was probably 20 years old; water pressure was horrendous - almost couldn't wash and rinse our hair; the furniture was old and outdated and wildly uncomfortable. It was really disappointing overall. There is no "waterspa" to speak of and the entire resort needs massive upgrades."

"The front desk staff - amazing. Truly people first service. The 3rd floor air conditioner was blowing full force in the hallway making it about 20 degrees colder than the rooms. This was reported to the staff. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast ever. No cold cereal and boxed eggs. Fresh everything and the coffee was perfect."

" The slopes were very accessible staff was amazing. Cleanliness was awesome. The only issue the food was very overpriced for what it was. other than that it was a awesome stay"

"I stayed for a night and I felt like it was auditioning for a “before” scene in a cleaning commercial. The bathtub looked like it had seen things… none of them involving soap anytime recently, and the water pressure was so weak it could barely rinse off a thought. To top it off, the front desk clerk greeted me with what I can only describe as a full-on “lip corner science experiment” going on, which made maintaining eye contact a bit of a challenge. Safe to say, not exactly the warm welcome I was hoping for."

"The Quality Inn is near Comfort Inn, close to Burger King and please do not go thte restaurant opposite, they serve bad food and very bad customer service at the restaurant opposity. In respect to Quality Inn, there is no Breakfast served as advised by, rooms are not cleaned much, but I guess it is ok when you need where to sleep. The beddings and temperature are well maintained. Good TV and WiFi connection. Privacy is great!"
