「Hotel was awesome. It was unfortuate that the young manager. Thought it was appropriate to criticise the staff running the breakfast area in front of customers. She put him in his place with her knowledge and experience. My opinion was that it was extremely well run. Immaculate. As for the manager, he was coached by a Corporate type, who was present just before the manager tried to criticise the staff. Loved the hotel, 」

「When we got there, there was a painting crew redoing the whole place. Very clean and well kept place. Room was huge. Breakfast was perfect. No bacon and eggs but everything else. Definitely would stay there again. 」

「Pool, hot tub and steam room very clean and well kept. Rooms clean, spacious and convenient. Staff very helpful. The restaurant was in the process of changing providers so day one was so-so, day 2 was better. I am very health focused and realize not everyone is - so I would have more fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, less sweetened things (eg. yogurt, muesli) but I realize this is not to everyone’s taste. 」

「I really appreciated Michelle's warm welcome, and the fact that my dinner was ready for me when I arrived after a chaotic day and whiteknuckle drive in the rain. It was both comforting and delicious. The place was beautiful and historic, and my room very peaceful. And the fact that there is live music 36 5 days a year is brilliant!」
