"After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing. That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit: • Replacing the towels with newer ones • Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor • Improving the breakfast buffet variety • Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay."
