1.風呂の湯栓が外れていてわかりにくい場所に置いてあった。 2.駐車場の通路が狭い。 3.別館と本館をつなぐ場所は工場かと思った程、印象が悪い。 4.フロントの方は初宿泊の私に丁寧な対応をしていただき、こちらが恐縮した。 5.テーブルの木がかなり経年劣化しており、pcのマウスが動かしづらかった。

大浴場の床が髪の毛だらけ。モップで掃除したくてもモップも髪の毛だらけ。 お部屋は広くて快適だったけど子供達が押し入れを開けると埃まみれの中にぐちゃぐちゃの布団があった。

とにかく部屋が汚い、寝具が汚い、テーブルも念の為除菌シートで拭いてみるが案の定真っ黒、とにかく汚い。とくに押入れの中の汚さは驚き。2度と利用する事はないでしょう。

外観からは老朽化を感じましたがサービスはよかったです。岩盤浴、温泉、駐車場、コーヒー無料でしたし、朝食は無料の割には美味しかったです。お部屋もホテルというよりコンドミニアム風で落ち着きました。
